Однако, при сдаче авто очень трудно найти стоянку... Обратите внимание: во флаере указан путь, но при въезде на паркинг, смотрим вверх и находим свою зону на табличках. Отдельно (самая левая) рядом будет желтая табличка Hertz, но наш въезд еще левее данного (всего там 4 или 5 въездов). Не забудьте фото-видео при приеме авто, потом это все проверяют, несмотря на приобретенную полную страховку с франшизой 0 евро! (около 130-140 евро за 5 дней).

The website was easy to navigate. Huge range of cars to choose from and I found the right car for me at the right price.

When collecting the car for the car hire company, I discovered that the insurance over paid for at the time of booking, only entitled me to a 3 party settlement situation. In short if the car got damaged I had to pay the car hire company and then try and claim it back via Auto Europe. I ended up taking out another policy directly with the car hire company because if the car was damaged it would have been cheaper in the long run

I booked a SUV for a 10-day trip from Granada, Spain to France, and I wanted an SUV. My voucher from Auto Europe called for a VW T-ROC or similar. Usually, I have no problem with a "similar" option, but in this case the Europcar office at Granada Airport gave me an old, beat-up Ford Kuga with 50,000 km and a list of existing damages, dents, scratches and dings as long as your arm. The left rear tire had a slow leak, so I had to pump air in the tire every few hundred Km. The Speed limiter malfunctioned, and switched to a max speed of only 50km, and engaged the brakes while I was cruising on a very crowded motorway at 130km!! The rapid deceleration was extremely dangerous, and I was lucky that the only result was a lot of horn-blowing angry motorists. Then, when we reached the hotel, I opened the hatchback and the whole plastic fascia on the inside of the rear window crashed down. This was comprised of plastic pieces that are supposed to be snapped into place, but frankly I could not be bothered to fix it, as I am not tall enough to reach the inside of the hatchback when it is raised. The "Lane-Keeping" system also did not work right, and the Cruise Control option was unusable because it required an automatic engagement of all the "safety" features like Lane-Keeping and crash proximity, etc.. Then, 5 days into our 10-day trip, Apple Car Play stopped working. All in all, this car should have been retired from the rental fleet long ago.

I was having an issue while booking online and therefore called the phone line support. The Agent was brilliant! Solved all my problems, was to the point and sharp on the details. I wish all the phone support agents were like this!

Efficient and easy to understand. We have used Auto Europe for over 10 years and are very satisfied withn the service.

We tried to book a Volvo xc60 on Saturday and the payment never went through and the site crashed. Was €407 and now had to book a Passat for €513 today.

Absolute scam!!!

I booked a car and added insurance through Auto Europe LLC. The agent for the car was Europcar who tried to tell me the insurance was not valid and that I had to pay more for a bigger car.

Once I got the car, Had the holiday and returned the car, I was charged £1,150 from Europcar for 2 x EV charging cables.... The car was a diesel!

Auto Europe LLC did not help once! Claimed it had nothing to do with them. The insurance would not help as this is just for damage!

3 Months later and I had to get my card provider to get me my money back and still not reply in any emails from Auto Europe!!
