I ordered brake cables for both sides…
I ordered brake cables for both sides of my 2015 Nissan Pulsar 1.5 D engine, and a set of rear brake shoes, however when they arrived the brake shoes and 1 of the cables were not the right ones, had to improvise with the cable in order to get it fitted, however nothing could be done with the brake shoes.

We completely understand your frustration, especially as you had to improvise to fit one of the cables, while the brake shoes could not be used. We take the correct fitment of brake components very seriously, as safety is always our priority.

However, in some cases, additional vehicle specifications or manufacturer-specific differences may affect compatibility. Happy Autodoc customer.
Autodoc have such a vast amount of parts it amazes. Reasonably priced and my orders arrive on time, well packaged within a week from Germany. Will buy again and recommend. If I had one criticism it would be that they don’t stock many vintage parts for my old Porsche 924. Maybe this is something to look at in the future.

Previous order was split and not all delivered. Had to pay a second delivery charge for end of one order.

Dacia duster headlights
I ordered 2 headlights a few weeks a part first one was my very first order and took nearly 2 weeks from time ordered to arrive second one really surprised me how fast it arrived I was much happier on second one that really was a great service quality seemed very good mechanic had no issues fitting them and they are working very well and more than half price of main stealers price.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Scammers - Incompetent, clueless, chaos
I placed a basic order, customer service told me the part number wasn't available on 2 orders but couldn't offer alternative, after encouragement they eventually did on 1 order, then after being asked 7 times to include & dispatch the order I got numerous emails saying I hadn't responded and they erroenously sent the order 7 days late missing parts I paid for, every single time I have the misfortune of using this outfit it's always the same - stick to proper local Auto Factors, smaller parts factors etc - way cheaper in the long run !! No doubt they will respond to this message with some copy paste response saying to contact the UK branch (wrong country ironically) or some unmonitored 'trust' email address to get another copy paste whitewashing email from another clueless customer service agent

I dislike receiving parts that are incorrect for my car.Unlike Trodo, Autodoc does not offer a full compatibility check for the part you are buying. I hace received several parts which were wrong for my car.

The thing is, the search on the site does not guarantee 100% compatibility with your car, especially if not all necessary car data was specified when selecting through the selector (for example, exact model, year of manufacture, engine type, and other characteristics; the required part may be produced in different modifications - therefore, there is a possibility that the part you purchased will differ from the one installed in your car.
To avoid such situations in the future, you can entrust our experts to check the compatibility of the part with your car using the VIN number.

Incomplete order and zero customer support since August 5th
I ordered a fuel filter, but it arrived incomplete – missing the essential gaskets required for installation. I filed an official complaint via the return portal on August 5th, and I have received absolutely no response or update since then. My car is grounded because of this missing part.
