Everything was made easy and simple at a difficult time

Austin's did both my Dad's and my Mum's funerals. Both times they were so kind and helpful and dealt with us sympathetically, and made the difficult process as easy as possible.

A big thank you to Julie, Jane, Lee and the rest of the Austins team. The day went exactly to plan and it was exactly what my mum would have wanted.
From the start of the journey you all provided the help and guidance my family and I needed.
Lee and his team on the day provided the perfect send off.

Everyone was so helpful and professional at the same time. Made a traumatic time for me so much easier. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Austin’s Funeral Directors helped us through a difficult time and made the process of planning my mother’s service as straightforward as possible. Their approach was sympathetic and respectful.

I used Austin’s for my husband funeral, I found Amanda who works in the High street branch very rude and unhelpful, considering it’s supposed to be a caring environment and time of sadness. The other staff at walkern road was kind and helpful.

All your staff at Austins offices were excellent. Specially Susannah who organised the whole funeral with us and closely supported us via face to face meetings and emails made me feel I was in confident hands and she did all throughtout and after.
Tracey and Lee in the Chapel of rest, nothing was too much we asked for their support.
Even when we visited Harwood Park when David handed us my Mum’s Ashes were very helpful and reassuring.
The Whole Service went immpeccable, it was all down to your staff and we are really truefully thankful.
We couldnt fault the day, My Mothers Funeral went perfect and she would have been proud of us.
My Mum and Dad have had Family ties with the Austins for years and we knew that this would be my Mum’s choice and it didnt dissappoint.

The service we received from Sharon, Lee and their colleagues at Austin's Hertford was exceptional in terms of looking after our beloved son, Luke.. And likewise us during this devastatingly sad time. Nothing was too much trouble for them in terms of the help and support that we received and we really couldn't have asked for more. And on occasion when Sharon was tied up, Jane, at the Ware office, was always at hand to step in...Very much as part of the team. All in all,everyone at Austin's were not only highly professional, but also very kind, considerate and caring too

Very professional and respectful from start to finish

From the moment my sister and I walked into Austin's in Letchworth Garden City and met Hayley we knew that Austin's were who we wanted to entrust our precious Mum and we were not wrong.

Hayley was perfection personified with exactly the right amount of professionalism mixed with a genuine personal empathy. Hayley kept in touch and guided us every step of the way, she was always there for us at what was/is one of the most difficult times in our lives. I cannot recommend Austin's enough and Hayley in particular.

Similarly, on the day of Mum's funeral, Lee and his team were amazing, providing guidance and comfort throughout. Lee had contacted me the day before to introduce himself, putting me at ease regarding procedures for the day ahead. He clearly advised me as to our options, listened to our wishes and communicated with me way outside of what would be considered normal working hours when I contacted him to clarify things.

Mum was laid to rest in accordance with her express wishes, with maximum dignity and respect, all of which was only made possible to the degree it was, by the extreme professionalism, expertise and kindness of the whole team at Austin's. I cannot thank them enough, with Hayley having left an indelible mark on me. She is a very special lady, our Mum would have adored her, of that we are certain.

On time, kind, courteous, attentive on the day. Prior to funeral they always made time for any queries or changes we needed to make with compassion.

Good communications and help offered at all points.

Nobody wants to plan a funeral but the team at Austin’s made the experience a pleasure from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, no question went unanswered, even if you think it might be a strange one to ask. The attention to detail was amazing. The staff are so talented, they know just how to handle the situation. I hope I don’t have to use the service in the near future but if I do there will be no hesitation in using this company. Thank you to the whole team.

Thank you Austin’s (Stevenage) you made everything easy for me at a really unbearable time and my Dad had a beautiful service. He would have enjoyed his last journey in the beautiful jaguar. I broke down on several occasions and you were always there with tissues for me. Even the details displayed with him at the chapel of rest was a big touch. Thank you to all the team. From start to finish my experience with Austins Funeral service, they sorted everything out for me , including ordering the flowers for me, they were professional caring and very good at keeping me informed, if I didn't understand anything they helped me through it calmly and sympathetically, the funeral itself went like clockwork thanks to them, They made a sad and difficult time much easier.
