Very easy to talk sales representative, very pleasant understanding, and generally helpful with good sensible suggestions. Not felt pressured into buying a plan, even though you realise your being sold a plan. The plan itself is straightforward ,simple and inclusive, and very well explained to you during the sales interview, suited my needs and wishes really well, if you require just a simple, basic known attendance funeral I can highly recommend this company. With regards to sales technique and set up and value for money.

So l had plenty of time to read through everything at my own pace, unlike another Company l phonned before you who just wanted to hard sell me.

No Fuss - as wanted.
My husband wanted a “No Fuss” cremation, I chose “Aura” who did exactly that.
He was collected from the Care Home and taken to Aura’s Rest Home where he was looked after.
I was kept informed by an “Angel” every step of the way which was very reassuring.
The “Angels” were very professional as well as being very kind and considerate - something much needed at a time like this.
A little while after the cremation my husbands ashes were returned to me.
The ashes were hand delivered by a very smartly dressed lady who was professional and kind.
I was very happy with the way “Aura” took care of everything after my initial phone call and have registered myself with them knowing myself and my family will be looked after without a fuss but with kindness and consideration.

Arranging Funeral Plans
It was very easy to arrange and the lady who helped me was excellent very informative and very caring and friendly and made the whole experience of arranging our funeral plans to save our family to have to do them. If you are thinking of arranging a funeral plans they are excellent and couldn’t be more helpful.
