Friendly helpful staff quick easy setup and efficient service
It was quick and easy to setup my funeral plan.The person was friendly and helpful the process was quick and easy.The paperwork arrived within 5 days excellent service.I needed to change bank details and again the person I spoke to was friendly helpful and checked to see if everything had been changed as requested.You will be notified monthly before a payment is taken if you chose this payment option.

Aura.life Funeral plans organised with care, compassion, professional with no pressure, hassling with emails/calls etc.
We have researched different funeral plans with other companies as felt it was time to put in place our plan after making our decision on the type of funeral we both wanted. We decided Aura.life came out on top and offered a very competitive price for both of us with everything we require. We liked the fact this company sent us through information, were not pushy, no hassling us with emails/phone calls etc, and left us to decide when we were ready to organise it. Other peoples positive reviews helped us decide this was the right company for us. After speaking to Jimmy who explained everything in detail in a professional, caring, polite manner, we have arranged our funeral plans, paying interest free over a 24 month period. The direct cremation funeral plan was the most suitable for my wife and I and the conditions and exclusions were clearly set out. The plans arrived promptly by post and were exactly as described with clear instructions on what to do in the event of either of our demise.
The plans were competitively priced and were purchased via 12 monthly interest-free payments

Honest, Caring and Professional Service
My husband had a number of brochures for me to look at and Aura was the 1st one i looked at by chance. I spoke with a very helpful and friendly American guy who gave me all the info i needed. Because of that i didnt bother looking at any others. As my husband was terminal and only had a couple of weeks to live i was recommended to just call when needed rather than get a pre-paid funeral. This was cheaper and made much more sense. The kindness and honesty was much appreciated. The overall service was brilliant as the staff were caring and professional from start to finish. I really cant praise them enough except to say i will be getting my pre-paid funeral with Aura.

Can't praise AURA enough, no pressure selling , very friendly and helpful staff plus £50 discount too..both my wife and I purchased plans and you can't put a price on our peace of mind knowing our family will not have the bother of organising funerals....Very very happy.

Simple & straightfirward
My plan was so simple & straightfirward to set up with a lovely friendly member if staff, who was extremely patient with me as I had to take a bit of time before I could call due to unforseen probs but were pushing very gently to try to call before price increase, which I emwas very grateful for. I & my family now have peace of mind knowing everything is in place when the time comes & they can say goodbye in their own way in their own time
