Just asked for information, brochure was sent to me given time to read it and then make arrangement for a convenient time to take a phone call. Matthew called me at the arranged time had a pleasant talk through the plan no pressure or time limit and I decided to go ahead with the plan. All the information etc was delivered within 48hours. All done over the phone with no pushyness or pressure at all

A compassionate and professional Service ..
I spoke to Jimmy from Aura last week on the telephone .
He was so kind gentle and knowledgeable .. funerals are not easy to talk about and i was nervous about trying to arrange my own funeral … jimmy gave me clear options which I was easily able to follow and he immediately followed up with a comprehensible e mail detailing all we had talked about.
I cannot thank him enough . The Aura brochure was also clear and precise and gave the facts and figures totally transparently .
I am so impressed with this company Thank you Jimmy for your attention and it was a joy chatting to you ..

The service that we received was…
The service that we received was exceptional. The aurora angels showed compassion, care and dignity throughout. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and when my dad’s ashes were returned home the gentleman was very smart and professional.
I cannot fault this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased 2 Funeral Plans
Prior to choosing Aura we read their reviews, all positive. So we sent an email to obtain a quote. We were contacted by a representative of Aura who went through all our requirements and needs. She was extremely thorough and no hard sell, which we liked. So we made our choice and purchased 2 plans. Can highly recommend this family firm and award them 10 out of 10.
