Auctim Online Auctions Anmeldelser

No problem. As described.

some issues
- an employe called me and send me to the wrong location
- had to send an E mail 3 times before I got a answer
-last email I asked about an item that was left behind remains unanswered till today

A number of bottles of wine were missing, I would get my money back... Never got it, no reaction on my complaint.

Best to forsee a larger window in where you can collect the items you bought and also start earlier so you dont need to take a half day off (costs also)

Marchandise conforme

YOU WILL BE SCAMMED by Auctim
if you can not check the lots physically, do not buy from here. Purchased a lot, shipped it few thousand km to see that most valuable parts of the items from lot are not included and the other part of the lot are not as described (older and much less valuable model of equipment than described). The only option seller provides - ship them back for a refund, but they are not willing to cover any shipping. I strongly recommend - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I don’t like the untransparent and aggressive sales approach

Only one people on site for the pick up!!!
It' not easy soo.

Very good services, it missed only the shipment !

I baught a car that was defined with a normal use less than 4 years and 105000 kms. The photos show no failure. The body is damaged a 3 places. The car had an accident and the front face is broken. Parts are missing in the trunk. Service requested for 65000kms. (visible on the dashboard but no showed on photos). Braking system out of order. Of course we can accept some fees on this type of auction, but not for more than 3000€. I will not buy car there in the futur. I proposed solutions for the futur and the answer was just not commercial work.

Not a good company, bought last time, the price is high, fake items and even old items were sold

Great web auctions site, easy to handel the invoice, fast service when pick up, have not try the delivery service yet
