I got an email from them saying one of the parts from a bundle I ordered wasn't in stock. So I emailed them back pretty much after I received it to let them know what I wanted to do. It's been a few days with no answer. Their cutomer support is a joke.

J'ai acheté un Atomstack A70 Pro MAx début juin , j'ai eu un problème d'assistance d'air (colis toujours pas livré ce jour , pire j'ai un problème avec le module laser , depuis mi juin , suite à des emails , des vidéos , des photos a ce jour le service après vente me fais toujours tourner en rond , en me demandant encore des vidéos , images , réglages ....vraiment inacceptable comme démarche.
J'ai proposé de renvoyé le module laser ...
J'ai racheté à mes frais un nouveau module laser....pour être sur de faire fonctionner le laser.

A ce jour toujours pas de solution de cette société.
Gros regret d'avoir acheté ce laser ,pour infos j'ai 4 autres laser d'une autre marque mais pas un plateau aussi grand ....
Juste déplorables le SAV

Title: Unacceptable support! Forced to do electronic repairs after a stroke, laser module defective (€1,388.15)Review:I bought an Atomstack X70 Max for €1,388.15 (Order ID: 14080). Since March, this machine has not been working properly. The 70W laser module completely lacks power and fails to cut through 3.6 mm plywood, even with a brand-new protective window lens installed.The customer service handling has been a nightmare and caused me an unacceptable amount of personal stress, which is highly detrimental to my health as I am currently recovering from a stroke (herseninfarct). Despite this, Atomstack support forced me to perform complex electronic repairs myself by installing a replacement mainboard based on a YouTube video. Forcing an untrained consumer to do this is completely irresponsible and dangerous.I have already sent a final ultimatum with video proof. I demand that Atomstack immediately sends a complete, brand-new replacement laser module free of charge under warranty, and reimburses my costs for the cooling fan (€11.00 plus shipping).If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this case through my payment provider to get a full refund. I bought an AtomStack laser engraver (Order #14080) and it has been a complete nightmare. The machine has had severe issues since March, and instead of fixing it, AtomStack forces you to be their factory mechanic.For months, they kept stalling by sending random loose parts (motherboards, fans, cables that don't fit) expecting me to repair their broken product myself. I even had to buy my own fan out of pocket just to try and get it to work. The machine is still completely broken.To make matters worse: after months of waiting for a new laser module, they recently sent me a fake/recycled tracking number (CN105432898DE). When checking the number, it turned out to be an old shipment from February that I already received! They are actively lying and using fraud tactics to stall for time.This company does not respect consumer rights. I have officially demanded a full refund or a completely new machine. Avoid AtomStack at all costs unless you want to spend months paying for a broken machine and fixing it yourself!

SUPPORT & SERVICE RUBBISH!!
Purchased a refurbished A10 Pro from Banggood - arrived quickly but received a broken and dangerous return - NOT a refurbished unit.
Laser glass was smashed so light came out towards the user, Controller USB & Power socket internals were all broken, PSU also broken, wrong size allen keys & even came with the previous owners used tywraps included.
Apparently though ALL Atomstack products are checked at least 4 times - clearly by the Chinese Blind Institute....
Banggood trying to get replaced (beginning to wonder) but Atomstack more interested in pointing blame (cannot see a UK delivery company opening the box, removing layers of foam, breaking the internal USB & power etc. then closing it up with correct tape) than supplying what paid for in good faith engraver. Weeks waiting and now apparently it takes 30 days at least to get spares shipped from their UK outlet to the UK - lies, more lies & slowdowns - AVOID

I always carry my tools around for large projects. The A70Max is a dream come true for me. Lightweight, easy to maneuver on a custom cart, and can cut through thick materials with ease. Its intuitive workflow is a great addition to my CNC machine. It truly inspires creativity.

I purchased the A70Max and it is truly amazing. The powerful laser and wide work area are perfect for handling large projects. This machine is a true game changer in its size category. Highly recommended!

I bought the A70 max and love the big size and big power. But i met some confusion when setting up the machine. My request has been answered quickly by Andy, who kindly gave me an clear explanation on how to solve my problem through a video! Good service and thanks to Andy!

Seems atomstack.com this site is the official one. I compared several places and decided to buy from the brand of the A40. The machine is good and stable.

I'm constant pushing tools around to manage my space for large projects like conference tables. I couldn't imagine doing that with a super heavy CO2 laser and its external chilling unit. But my A70 Max is on a light weight cart I build, and moves around easily. I love it because the A70 punches thru those thicker materials quite easily, and it workflow is fajin jinmiliar to diode laser users. Its a great compliment to my cnc-which is a great tool itself, but the spinning bits can't create sharp inside corners and they tend to tear out delicate materials. That's where the A70 Max shines. It enables me to be even more creative!

I bought the A70Max, and its performance is impressive! The powerful laser and large working area open up possibilities for bigger projects. Good machine in this big size!

I HAVE ORDERED A LASER ENGRAVER FROM THIS SITE 10 DAYS AGO AND IT HASNT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET.
I HAVE WRITTEN THEM A COUPLE OF MAILS, THE FIRST ONE I SENT GOT A BLAND RESPONSE "We are currently in contact with the shipping company, urging them to expedite the shipment of your order"
AFTER THAT 5 MORE DAYS PASSED AND IVE WRITTEN THEM ANOTHER EMAIL AND NOW 3 DAYS LATER AFTER NOT GETTING A RESPONSE IVE WRITTEN THEM AGAIN. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE YOU TO ORDER FROM THEIR SITE BECAUSE EVEN IF I ULTIMATELY GET MY ENGRAVER, THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS DISGRACEFUL. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
