Excellent communication, longer delivery time than expected (14 weeks in the end), delivered wrong chairs to begin with (ordered gold legs but delivered chrome), managed to get replacements the following week but communicated really well. Delivery drivers were very careful and inspected the chairs on delivery.

We bought the La Blanca and Elite furniture. Initially we were quite skeptical because of some of the reviews but we’ve had excellent service from start to finish. At the store and throughout eveyone was really friendly esp Arzum, as our furniture was in stock it was delivered up to Manchester within 2-3 weeks. The delivery people were very professional assembled the furniture, something was broken in one of the sets so they came back the following week. We are really happy with both the sets! Keep up the good work guys!

Nice rug , just waiting is a little long , looks lovely tho

Fantastic customer service and went above and beyond when there was a missing item. Wish I could afford all the furniture as it is so high quality and gorgeous.

Absolutely my favourite furniture shop and the customer service is one of tge best I have experienced.

At first I did not think the quality will be this good , when it arrived not just a truly friendly profesional team but set it it up for me and looks amazing also quality too ….thank you …definitely considering ordering more

Ordered a rug. Waited 12 weeks it still didn’t arrive. Had to cancel order in the end. Cannot comment on quality of good as it never arrived.
Need to sort out their logistics

Beautiful sofa

The dining table is stunning and of very good quality. The service was fast and very effective. I will definitely buy again from this store.

Very pleased with Bar Stools. Delivered on time and service very good.

Still waiting for my items as they haven’t arrived yet and it’s been 3 months since ordering.

Great quality. Love it!

I bought a rug it was very low quality and it was dirty when they bring very disappointing

I was so pleased with the service and the product. Very good team, they delivered and assembled my bed on time, even when visiting the store, before ordering I felt so welcomed. The manager was so polite and helpful.

The chairs are beautiful and very good quality. Only giving 4 stars rather than 5 as the communication wasn't very good. I had to chase for an update on the delivery a few times and ended up taking just over three months to arrive (although it did state 8-12 weeks so not much over the expected date).

Product is good and delivered in good condition
Only thing that you can improve is to communicate to customer when the product will be delivered. I had to chase couple of times. No emails about confirmation of delivery.

I waited nearly three months for my rug it was really cheap looking when it turned up very disappointing

Absolutely love my new coffee table, goes very well and more beautiful than the pictures. Very proffesional workmanship and was able to choose my own table top. Brilliant customer service, kept up to date with progress and delivered on time. Would definitely buy from here again and highly recommend 👌

Came within the time specified. Called the night before. Delivery guys were very pleasant, took the wrappings away with them. Couldn't fault them.
