I ordered replacement watch bands on Feb. 28th. and I finally received them on March 28th. So can't understand why it would take a month to send the bands. I was lucky they arrived on the 28 since I was going gout of town the next day and I had no one at home if they were delivered a day or two later. Glad they did arrive.

the buttons are far too easy to press. the watch keeps going from 12hr to 24hr just from wearing it. as well as the mode changing. I like the profile and I like the wristband a lot.

Failed to deliver
I’ve been notified that the product was delivered, but never got it. The tracker said it was in a delivery box, but did not give a location and the phone number listed was disconnected. I am waiting on Beesley to give me a second response on its location or way forward.

No support for magsafe charging, despite product description.
The product description states “Support Wireless Magsafe Charging”. While the case allows wireless charging, it does not connect (or allow the phone to connect) magnetically to standard magsafe charging devices. It slides right off the magsafe charger. I will not buy or recommend any Beeasy product going forward.

Our product page explains that the case comes with a built-in screen protector and that external screen protectors may interfere with proper installation. This information is displayed before purchase, not only on the packaging.
You requested to return the product, and we agreed to the return.
As stated clearly in our published return policy:

Customer Responsibility: Returns or exchanges due to customer error (e.g., purchasing the wrong model or intentional damage) will not be accepted. If you insist on returning the product, you will need to pay for the international shipping yourself.
This policy applies to all international orders and is visible on our website before purchase.
You asked that we cover the return shipping cost.
However, this request was inconsistent with our stated policy, and therefore we could not approve it.

I finally asked to cancel and tefund it must be lost… the shiping comany said it hadnt recieved it to ship…i bought another one kept asking for return and money back.. no one even answered.finally the case arrived.
