arranged everything Promptly and were very helpful 🙂

Leider sehr enttäuschend in unserem Fall mit dem Standort in Alicante. Ich habe ein Angebot erhalten, alles eingeschickt und wurde abgelehnt, weil mein Mann sich hätte auch versichern lassen müssen. Dass man als Frau nicht alleine sich versichern lassen kann ist finde ich unglaublich. Hätte ich diese Info vorher gehabt, hätte ich mir jede Menge Zeit durch Telefonate und das Ausfüllen von Formularen sparen können.

Well, well, well Asssa, these reviews explain to me just why I´m being completely ignored. You are coated in corruption.
I had an Electromyagram scan for a damaged nerve on my spine, the doctor at the time told me there was nothing I could do, he was wrong. I went to see another doctor for a second opinion and he said if he was the first to see the Electromyagram scan, he would´ve sent me for an MRI scan immediately. You can´t tell from an Electromyagram scan why or what is compressing the nerve and it could be peripheral which means it can be redirected.
He gave me a prescription for an MRI scan which I presented to Asssa. They have to authorise every prescription, I don´t know why they need to or how they can argue against what a doctor has prescribed.
The reason for the authorisation is whether or not they are prepared to pay for it. Even though refusing a prescription by a doctor, I would determine as illegal.

I´ve been waiting for an answer for 2 weeks and had no reply about it. Even though I´ve paid a yearly premium in advance I´m convinced they don´t want to pay for it and would sooner put the money in their pockets. They are wasting so much time. They are playing with people´s health so that they can profit from it.

They have a staff up to 80 people and a yearly outgoing expenditure of around 2 million euros. That´s before they´ve made a profit which is a lot more than 2 million. They make money from people who don´t claim on the insurance, but they also make money refusing treatment for people who have been prescribed by doctors. That sort of behaviour should carry a prison sentence.
MONEY MEANS MORE THAN PEOPLE´S HEALTH IN ASSSA.

Llevamos 59 años de socios. Antes cuando era AME, nunca nos dio problemas nada, las pruebas te la hacían sin tener que pasarlas a la oficina para que una Señora no muy agradable te diera el OK porque si no ponías todos los datos te escribía diciendo: La pierna derecha o la izquierda
Pero a parte de que ahora te hacían perder el tiempo con estas tonterías YO tube una malisima operación de rodilla que casi pierdo el pie por un médico que trabaja para Asssa, y un día de noche que salía de urgencias de Creu Blanca , Reina Elisenda, llamos para pedir una ambulancia y ASSSA, nos la negó, la tuvimos que pagar nosotros. Por lo tanto entre las molestias de casi suplicar las peticiones de pruebas, el médico Albert Jiménez Obach, que casi me hace perder el pie y eso que era la rodilla y en ningún momento se han preocupado por su cliente o sea yo , y lo de la ambulancia he decidido después de tantos años marchar de esta mutua y conmigo también se da de baja ni madre. La operación fue el 10 de enero 2025. Pero en su calendario no aparece esta fecha

My local ASSSA office is in Puerto de Mazarrón Murcia and I cannot speak more highly of it. Professional, friendly, and very efficient. I speak mainly with Diane who is fabulous and so helpful but also so is the other lady who is new. Great company with amazing staff.

Staff member Irini Tzitzi, who was helping out in the Quesada office has to be the most competent helpful person ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. First class customer service from start to finish, thank you Irini.

Lo que puedo destacar principalmente de mi compañía ASSSA es el trato personal y la confianza que tengo depositado en sus empleados, sobre todo con Esperanza de la Oficina de Antequera, siempre dispuesta, es diligente y demuestra un amplio conocimiento y bagaje tanto en los detalles del funcionamiento de las pólizas, como del cuadro médico, nos genera una gran confianza a mi y mi familia. En mi opinión personal, una empresa parte de las personas que la integran y, en este caso depositamos nuestra confianza en ella, su profesionalidad, trato cercano y buen criterio.

I have been with Asssa for over 10 years and have had some serious health issues over that time. I can not recommend Diane Nolan from the Puerto de Mazarron office highly enough! A very professional, friendly and helpful person! Nothing is too much trouble. My partner has recently joined and Diane made the process so simple.
If you are thinking of private health insurance Diane is the person to deal with!

Mientras pagues y no la utilices,.como en mi caso, durante años,bien, eso sí, en el momento que tengas un problema, vayas a sus médicos y te recomienden una operación, te lo denegarán y te dejarán tirado. Te dirán que vayas a la clínica del dolor, tiempo y dinero perdido. No la recomiendo en absoluto.

We have been members for 17 years. Recently we got into servere health problems. ASSSA Quesada has helped us through to the best competent test places. The staff has been guiding us and has been supporting us especially psychological. Thank you very much for your support.

En casa estamos asegurados desde los años 80. La integración en ASSSA ha supuesto importantes novedades, en especial el cambio de cheques a tarjeta sin copago o la app para gestionar las autorizaciones.
Pero lo más importante no ha cambiado desde hace años y es el trato del personal de la delegación en Córdoba, María y Sara. Si necesitas cualquier información o tienes algún problema no tienes más que llamarlas y te lo solucionan rápidamente. Y sin tener que dar muchos datos ya que saben quien eres y la atención es totalmente personalizada.
Posiblemente otras compañías sean algo más económicas o tenga un cuadro médico más amplio pero dudo que ofrezcan el mismo trato cercano a sus asegurados. No compensa el cambio y pasar a ser solo un número de póliza y tener que tratar con IAs y chats virtuales para solucionar cualquier duda.

llevo dos años con la compañía ASSSA,y solo pude decir buenas cosas tanto en servicio como en atención personal, concretamente pertenezco a la oficina de Córdoba (somos dos asegurados) las personas que trabajan en la oficina son super atentas e implicadas en la resolución de dudas o posibles problemas.Un 10 para ell@s.

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the services that I've received from Josefina Navarro in ASSSA Vera office during last year. She has been quite understanding of the issues that I have faced and she addressed my concerns such as the services offered by ASSSA versus the cost to me. Yo llevo con Asssa (antes Previsión Médica) 50 años y hasta ahora no había tenido ningún problema. Parece que las cosas han cambiado, he tenido que retrasar una cirugía porque no recibo la autorización (solicitada el 7 de Mayo), la fecha para la cirugía era el 1 de Junio y a 29 de Mayo estoy sin noticias. El Doctor me la ha retrasado para el 22 de Junio, fecha para la que espero tenerla. Creo que esto en otra época no hubiera ocurrido

Danielle was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with the many questions I had throughout the process. She even resent documents when I couldn’t locate the original email, which I really appreciated during such a stressful time. Thank you for all your help! Seit 2021 sind mein Mann und ich bei der ASSSA versichert. Unsere Anträge hierfür wurden von den Mitarbeitern in der Filiale in Javea kompetent und für uns verständlich bearbeitet. Leider gab es dann ziemlich oft einen Wechsel von Mitarbeitern, so dass man sich nicht mehr gut betreut fühlte. Seit längerer Zeit nun ist Frau Dagmar Brall unsere Betreuerin in der Filiale in Denia. Seit dem klappt die Betreuung hervorragend! Sie ist nett, kompetent und beantwortet mit Geduld unsere vielen Fragen. Für uns wichtig....in deutscher Sprache. Ich hatte schon diverse größere Eingriffe vornehmen lassen müssen. Die Vorbereitungen hierfür wurden relativ schnell bearbeitet und die Kosten übernommen. Durch meinen Summum Tarif gab es hier keine größeren Probleme. Wir hatten jedenfalls bisher keine schlechten Erfahrungen, weder mit der ASSSA noch mit den privaten Krankenhäusern HCB und San Carlos in Denia. Wir Sicherlich gibt es noch Versicherungen, die besser auf uns zugeschnitten wären, aber für uns war u.a. wichtig, einen Kündigungsschutz zu haben. Der Tarif wird zwar tatsächlich jährlich etwas teurer. Das wurde uns aber bei Vertragsabschluss erklärt.
Also, wir sind zufrieden mit unserer Wahl bei der ASSSA versichert zu sein und können sie eigentlich empfehlen.

Having completed treatment for colon cancer in January 2026, I was given prescriptions for follow-up tests some months in advance. I was delighted to see today that, without prompting, Karen in the Vera office had made the arrangements and sent through my appointments for the timescales requested. She and her colleague Josefina have always been nothing less than efficient, helpful and supportive throughout my illness, and it is much appreciated. Dealing with the medical profession in another country can be quite daunting, but ASSSA have made the whole process a lot easier to navigate. Thank you for your continued help!

Following a recent accident on 21st April Karen at the ASSSA Vera office was very professional helpful and supportive. Taking us through everything we needed to know and arranging the doctors, surgeons and follow up medical attention needed. Nothing was too much trouble, when we were at our most vulnerable.
