I didn’t realise the pendant light I ordered was being shipped from China. I had to keep chasing delivery and it took a month to arrive. I asked to cancel the order after a couple of weeks but was unable to, even though the item hadn’t even been dispatched from China.
The light arrived, poorly packaged, I don’t feel it’s a good quality light but don’t want the hassle of returning it to China. All the way through this Customer Services have replied promptly and have promised me a 15% discount.
I wouldn’t order from this company again, should have done more research.

Waited for weeks for the light pendant to arrive to the point I was emailing them to find out what was happening. To be fair they replied quickly and did check the order had gone in.
The light pendant is beautiful and very happy that fixtures and fittings were included. I've seen the same pendant on really cheap sites but this included only the shade and not the fixtures and fittings needed to complete.

Do Not Use. Awful service.
After 17 days of waiting for the lamp to arrive the lamp came with a 2 pin American plug instead of a 3 pin UK plug which wax confirmed on the order.
I immediately told Ashbury about the problem & sent photos to prove there was a big issue. If they had sorted something out straightaway this would have been s different review.
A week later & email’s to chase them up & im still waiting for an answer what they are going to do as they say they are waiting for an answer from their team!!
A request for a full refund has also been ignored as they say they are still waiting to see what they can do from their ‘team’.
Absolutely Shocking service. Customer Service is about what you do next & nothing is not an option!!If i could put no stars i would have done!!

So sorry to say what we got delivered was not quite what we were expecting. It wasn’t expensive but we expected a decent product. The metal frame is bent and the acrylic part is broken. It’s a square light but the packaging says it’s a round light. The packaging was very poor. The old saying comes to mind ‘you only get what you pay for’ and this is a cheap Chinese product. I understand all returns have to be returned to China which I’m sure would be quite expensive, so a lesson learnt to do your homework first before buying!

My experience with Ashbury has been very frustrating and challenging . I would not recommend buying from them .when one light turned up ,although two were ordered with the description for the item was sold as a two pack and a picture showing two lights.
Also I thought the the light seemed cheap in its construction.

Absolute scam. Don’t recommend buying anything from here as they are clearly running a dupe drop shipping business instead of a local British business in which they advertise.

To my surprise I received a lamp that looked nothing like the online advertisement. Instead of thin, elegant metal the lamp received had chunky and cheap looking metal with visible glue holding it to the fabric. The fabric had a hole and the petals are way too spread out compared to the photos. Interestingly they removed that item from the website.

Customer Service is now trying to negotiate for me to keep this cheap dupe, clearly falsely advertised. They are refusing to give me a full refund unless I return the item to their Chinese warehouse at my own cost. Why should I lose out on money when it’s you who have falsely advertised?

Be aware and shop elsewhere if you can.

Ordered some wall lights, seemed like a good price. Well packaged, our lights were made in China. have to say the quality doesn’t look great but they do the job and provide excellent light.
Did have a bit of concern about the lack of European standards marking, but I just went for it.

Ordered the bestsellers ceiling light and it makes our living room complete. Very happy with the item!!

Leuke en overzichtelijke webshop. We hebben een lamp besteld en hij staat nu mooi bij ons in de woonkamer.

Ik heb een lamp besteld voor in de woonkamer. Ik ben er super blij mee. Ik heb de Dimmable RGB Led Corner Floor Lamp besteld. De afstandsbediening is super handig en het warme licht wat er vanaf komt past perfect bij mijn interieur.
De verpakking was super stevig en hij is op tijd afgeleverd. Oftewel een 10/10 voor mij.
