Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I paid for a gift card and I sent the email address for it. I accidentally put a capital letter at the start of it and they refused to send the gift card to the new email address or refund me. Customer service was also terrible. I understand terms and conditions but this could have been fixed for me very easily, since I pay out a fortune weekly to asda for groceries and am a very good customer. Will never buy a gift card off them ever again over a slight error on my behalf.

Some of the cards I purchased did not work, I lost money as had to replace them. Not happy about it, lost about £150.

Handy to top up my gift voucher and being able to just scan the screen of my phone to use this payment method... it feels as if I'm using a digital wallet... considering the impossibility of using one on my obsolete handset!
