After a few weeks trying to get gift card sorted trying to get my £250 back that disappeared off card still no response from asda...the reply i got on trustpilot was sorry contact our fraud team...i have done this and head office who kept passing me from one dept to another...email reply was we have escalated this complaint. That was several weeks ago...contacted them again and they say they know nothing about it. Someone at asda is stealing money off gift cards and they are totally ugnoring complaints...beware

Shame about your website not able to food orders when it comes to payment always a issue and your customer services on the phone needs training I’ve done over £200 food order and it never left the shop took over 2 weeks for the money to be refunded and even mangers couldn’t help with the situation

Please reinstate automatic regular deposits
I have been trying to add money to my Christmas savings card, quite a few times now!
I was able to do it when I purchased-opened it but it suddenly stopped and I am rather frustrated that, other than the money I add whilst at the till, I can only add a single amount AT A TIME; and I want to be able to add money regularly, for a big Christmas.
Why no regular payment capability.
