The gift card was fraudulently purchased. When contacted Asda didn't want to know and couldn't care less. Disgraceful customer service.
The response from Asda was totally dismissive. Asda Customer Service is zero service.

Well havido buy gift cardsng not used my apple cards
Well having not used my apple cards. I was refused a refund or exchange. I was willing to show them my home address, if by chance someone said they had been used.
I was assaulted by a manager, and that is under police investigation.

Asda supports fraud
Asda allowed someone to fraudulently buy an e-gift card on my credit card and they allow the thief to then send it to a different email address to that registered to the card owner. If this loophole is closed then the fraud could not be committed. Not impressed.

2 Asda gift cards were bought fraudulently. Then emailed to someone else. The payment wasn’t even authenticated. But they still got them anyway. Thank you very much.

I have to use giftcard ds as my best friend is a gamberling addict and the only way I can ensure he buys food is to use giftcard ds as any amount of money he gets he gambled.
Asda keep blaming cling me from topping the giftcard up so I have to keep contacting customer services on a weekly basis.

This purchase for a gugardwas a fraudulent one, as I did not order the gift card. It is therefore impossible to score.
There was second gift card paid fraudulently, but the are provider refunded both amounts.

My card was stolen
My card was stolen. When I tried to get in touch with Asda to cancel the transaction it was a ridiculous amount of options to chose from and took me a good half hour to be able to even speak to someone and I was just told they wouldn't help me.

Fraudulent purchase using my stolen details. When I advised ASDA, they were not surprised, especially when, as part of the sale, they'd been asked to send the gift card details to a different address. If they know of this fraud, then why don't they tighten up their checks?
