Don’t shop with this company
Don’t shop with this company. They sell poor quality garments that look nothing like the images portrayed on their website. They do offer refunds however return postage is at the purchaser’s expense and they can’t guarantee they will even receive your returned parcel. My garments were received damaged but the return postage is still my responsibility. I was offered a 50% refund if I wanted to keep the damaged items. They’re useless to me in this state so instead of using them as rather expensive cleaning cloths, I will donate them. Such a cunning way to rip people off.

Aruchic is a Chinese company that steals money from hard working people & sends them a rubbish dress that I can't wear. It's disgusting how people can steal money & people's designs.

Very disappointing Drop Shoulder Coconut Tree…
Ordered the Drop Shoulder Coconut Tree dress in Black and Pink only to find they are nothing like the images and videos on the website. The store site shows a dress with lots of beading and sequins all over the designs on the fabric, and the fabric appears very light and floaty, when in reality the only sequins are a strip around the neck of the dress (nothing on the bird, coconut trees, etc as shown online) and it makes the dress look boring, not very dressy at all, as it's just the fabric print, nothing bling about it. The fabric itself is much heavier and thicker in reality, its more like a thick satin with a sheen, not the light and floaty fabric shown in the video. Very disappointing , do not shop here!!

This company from China are displaying the original Kristian Williams The Brand kaftan & clothing. You will not get the same coconut kaftan. It is a cheap rip off. Why am I not surprised that when I put a negative comment on the Facebook site it didn’t appear. Do not buy from this company as you will be bitterly disappointed. There was even a story on them on a news show on how poorly they are treating this talented designer. I felt like I betrayed the designer so purchased the original dress which was more expensive but it was well worth it!

I ordered the unique kaftan. What a disappointment! Talk about conning people. It was advertised with sequins all over the kaftan and arrived with sequins only around the v neck top. I see another post recently had same problem as me (from Kathy). I too would request a refund. Totally false advertising! Would NEVER have ordered if it appeared in the ad with do little sparkle

Such a disappointment to receive this order
Ordered the Unique drop should sleeve coconut tree printed dress. Well.....it was so disappointing to receive such a horrible dress, there were no sequins other than around the neck and this dress was advertised with sequins on birds and pineapples. The material was thick and also nothing like advertised, i want a refund.

Terrible experience- Unique Drop Shoulder Sleeve Coconut Tree Printed Dress
I ordered the Unique Drop Shoulder Sleeve Coconut Tree Printed Dress on 8/18/24 and paid for expedited shipping (4-7 days). I never got a confirmation of my order, reached out several times and would not get a response and finally got a tracking number that stated “label not created”. Much to my surprise I finally received it today 3/9/24, 3 weeks later.
The dress does not look like what is on the website. The only sequins on the dress are around the neck. No other sequins on the dress anywhere! $80 for a crappy caftan.
No communication, no expedited shipping, not as shown on website! I should have known better and will never order from this company again!

Utterly disappointing experience - beware
I ordered the Drop Shoulder Coconut Tree dress in black on 29th July. It finally arrived today & is utterly disappointing. All the beading and sequins shown in the advertised item are missing from the body of the garment and it has no sparkle and glamour. It's a plain cheap looking kaftan that I paid over $100 for including "fast postage" which took 5 weeks to arrive. Do not buy from this company. A rip off.

Same design but missing all the beads and sequins.
They have said they will give me 30% back (no chance of that) the sequins and beads would have made the items. Or I can send them.back to China at my cost! So they got the items wrong and I have to pay to send back. How can they even say that.
