The quality of material is pretty bad. Really disappointed with my purchase. Even the return policy is not great.

Ordered a dress, arrived and was cheap material and poorly made. Requested to return per their policy, and they first tried to "upsell" me by offering a discount on a new product instead.
I persisted on the return, so they said I needed to ship it back to CHINA. Fine. The return address they provided was not accepted by FedEx.
When I asked again, they said use another carrier. Shady and not ok. I asked for a valid address and they stopped responding.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Didn't refund me anything, and won't provide a valid address for return.
Would NOT recommend this business. Smoke and mirrors.

They are fraud. They sell cheap quality and shows something else in advertisements. Paying influencers for spreading lies. They scammed me.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience with your company. This was my first purchase from Aruchic and unfortunately, it will also be my last.

The item I received was of very poor quality—the material, the finish, and even the colors were completely different from what was advertised. It looked nothing like the pictures shown on your website, which is
highly misleading.

I have attempted to contact your company by email multiple times over the past two months, yet I have not received any proper response or resolution. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I am truly dissatisfied with both the product and the service provided. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as no customer should have to go through such a bad experience.

The quality and workmanship is not as impressive as advertised in the website. Material looks cheap and workmanship is poor. Definitely not worth a single penny to buy from them. And the shipment originates from Shenzhen, China not USA AS IT CLAIMED UNDER THE REGISTERED ADDRESS. Total scam.

Whats worst is that if you plan to return, you have to pay for the return fee all the way to china which is quite hefty as well

Dress was not as advertised , cheap fabric and poorly made and sized . Dress was £48 , after chasing for several days to arrange return then advised on discount to keep and not return . Postage /shipping cost for return £23 ., with no guarantee if this is a credible site . Have not returned as do not want to be further out of pocket and still have a dress unfit , advertised as silk and satin , dress is nylon , probably cost no more than 3.00 to make as shipping return is China . Do not use this site !!!

I ordered an outfit for my sons graduation. Delivery time was given as 3- 4 days. The outfit arrived after 2 weeks and it was too late by then.

The outfit was poor quality and the sizing was very odd. I emailed and requested they issue a refund and advise how to return the outfit.

I received an email asking for the reason for the refund to which I replied immediately.

I then received another email after a week giving me various options - keep the outfit and accept a small refund/ a discount code for my next order or rerurn the outfit at my own expense ti China for a refund.

I am currently still waiting for a return address to estimate shipping costs.

Absolutely terrible customer service and little regard to the fact that I have paid good money for a bad quality item and paid delivery charges on top of that.

Will not be using again and will definitely not be recommending to anyone else

I watched a compelling video showing a lady wearing a colourful kaftan with a sequined neckline, pretty birds and a pineapple motif. I thought it would look pretty for holidays, so I purchased the garment. When the item arrived I was so disappointed. The fabric was heavy and not floaty at all. The flat print was the same but not a single sequin anywhere. Thoroughly disappointed. What a scam!! The returns process is a joke so please avoid this company at all costs. They are fake and do not sell the same items as in their social media videos. The items are similar but are cheap fakes and should be avoided. BUYER BEWARE!!! You can buy better elsewhere.

Received my order, the print and fabric are of poor quality considering by the price they charge it is not worth it at all.
I am waiting for an email back to return the item

i am writing to express my disappointment with the dress i received. The item delivered does not match the quality or appearance as shown in the advertisement. The fabric is significantly inferior, and i feel misled by the marketing.

Purchased a dress on the 1st July. Timeframe of expected delivery is between 4-7 days on the 9th day I contacted them via email and to every email I sent they kept replying the same Auto generated reply 'your order number does not exist in our system' despite me forwarding them their own confirmation email advising them that they in fact do have an order that exists under my name and forwarding them the evidence they were persistent in sending the same auto generated response despite me also telling them money has been taken out of my account for the dress.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE A SCAM. BE VERY CAREFUL.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY 💰 This shop sends cheap imitation of what they advertise their return policy is non existent as you have to pay to return the item to china and do not cover the cost. The dresses in shein for £6 is better quality than the one I bout on here for £70 always make sure you check return policies and if they don’t offer easy refurn then see that as a red flag DO NOT BUY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

Have purchased items 3 times in the past 6 months and found their items to be top quality and very reasonable price. The item I just purchased ( the size I ordered was a bit small - my fault ) but Aruchic has arranged to send the next size up to me without charge. Very Professional. Great Seller.

I ordered a dress on the 10th of june from this company. Later that day, I decided to cancel the order. So I sent them an email asking to cancel the order. They emailed me back that the order was final and if I wanted to cancel the order, they will charge me 6% of the purchase fee. I told them that it’s actually illegal to do that since they haven’t even shipped the product and I emailed it in a few hours. They kept insisting that they would charge me the 6% because through Shopify. The order was final after a little bit back-and-forth I decided to let them cancel the order and keep the 6%. I told them that I would never order again due to their poor customer service. I think this company is a scam, especially after reading all the reviews online the company was supposed to refund me my money as a good customer service would do because I canceled within a few hours after ordering my product and they haven’t even shipped it yet.

I ordered the pink & black dresses. Horrible quality, cheap material, bad stitching, different design, only sequins round the neck, clearly a knock off from the lovely dresses in the promo video. I emailed them pictures of my dresses, the promo video and still shots showing the differences. They offered 20% refund, I said no... still waiting for a reply. They are adamant that the dresses are correct and have totally ignored the video and photo's. DO NOT ORDER FROM ARUCHIC as they are a scam company selling cheap, tacky knock off's.

Stolen pictures and videos from south Asian brands and charging triple the price and of course calling it “boho chic”

Horrible quality. Does not refund when item was returned.
