Instagram advertisements was content stolen from an influencer. I ordered the dress and it was nothing like the advertised or pictured item on website. I have emailed requesting to return and no response! I feel scammed!

Ich habe ein Satinkleid mit beiger Spitze bestellt. Werbung über Instagram. Kleid kam trotz schnellem Versand erst nach 4 Wochen an. Ware ist minderwertig und nicht wie abgebildet. Es handelt sich um einen billigen Stoff, die Spitze hat eine andere Farbe. Das Kleid ist nicht tragbar. Rückversicherung aus Deutschland kostet 48,99Eur (Kaufpreis des Kleides 64,99USD plus Versand). Die Rückgabebedingungen deuten auf Betrug hin. Das scheint deren Geschäftsmodell zu sein.

Order the pink Kaftan with the parrots and tropical design, only thing original to what they advertise was the patter the material is polyester and the Karan shape is off. Never again.

I ordered a dress and it was supposed to be satin and lace. When it arrived it was not even a satin like material. It was like stretchy polyester material. Part of the lace was not even stitched to the dress. It was bad quality for the $65 I paid. I emailed them to start a return. They said I could use a coupon code to get 40% off my next purchase, keep it and get a partial return of 20% OR for a full refund I would have to ship it back their warehouse in China (me being responsible for shipping). They suck. Don’t order from here.

Dress never came. They respond to my email with a tracking that shows nothing. It’s coming from China.
When I asked for a refund there was no communication . Too bad. Site looks nice . Oh well. I charged back the purchase

My order never arrived. Tracking link they sent said it was delivered but it wasn’t. Company doesn’t respond to inquiries. Website tells a story of a so-called American woman who founded the company but the clothes are made in and shipped from China. Big scam. Don’t waste your money!!!!!

Fraud, dress does not match the one I ordered, no return, no refund, do not use

Pls what I received was a far cry from what was advertised. Scam . It was painted on a heavy thick material instead of embroidery. Pls I need a return ticket for my money back

I bought the pink tropical dress with the " sequined" birds. That came with NO SEQUIN. Total scam. The fabric is just shiny and flammable. It's horrible and cheap. Do not waste your money.

Avoid this company, they will blame you that you place the wrong order
Ordered Medium for my spouse and sent 2xl and they have the nerve to blame me that 2xl is what I ordered, then offer me 20% refund. They will send you sizes they can not sell.
Beware.

To this date they have not communicated again. Good Luck..

Common practice amongst these people.

It took more than a month for my order to arrive. When it finally it arrived, only one of the two dresses I ordered was in the package. After contacting customer service about the missing dress, I still haven’t heard back 2 weeks later.
The dress that did arrive looked nothing like the dress on the website (different colour pattern, different fabric). I also haven‘t received a reply as to where/how I can return this dress.
