Don't buy the black or pink tropical dress, it's a scam, there was only sequins around the neck, the fabric is heavy, not flowy as shown by model, very disappointed!
The dress has been badly copied from another designer who sells them in silk

The black tropical dress isn’t the same…
The black tropical dress isn’t the same as shown on instagram. The fabric is way too thick to wear as suggested.The model wears it like it’s a chiffon .. definitely can’t wear it as suggested!!!!! & none of the seams match up, the sequins on shoulder don’t match up & are poorly sewn. For $106.. it’s worth $20 at best.

Fake Advertising …
The dress i received had little of the embellishments that was advertised on facebook. The material looks much heavier and i think this company is advertising fake products.

This company is a SCAM
It took 3 weeks from the time I placed the order to the time I received it. The dress looked nothing like the product shown in the ad. Finding the return/refund was difficult. And when I took the steps required a return was initially denied. Finally I received a return address. I sent this back on 29 October. It is now 9 December and still nothing.
Poor customer service.
Poor product (misleading advertising)
More poor customer services with the returns process.
Essentially Aruchic is a SCAM company.
UPDATE: Aruchic posted a response to my review on 30 December. 4 weeks later and I have still not received a refund from them. Their refund policy is non-existent. As is the quality of their product and customer service. Avoid purchasing from this company.

This company is an absolute rip off they say they want to resolve your refund but they don’t care they have your money!
You should be entitled to a refund! Kaftan is not like the picture horrible material and the print doesn’t look the same cheap and nasty !

Horrible quality
Horrible quality, not like the pictures, the zipper was damaged and the bow was not in the middle where it is supposed to be according with the picture. The return policy sucks! They said they’ll refund 20%, because otherwise I have to send it back to China, and that will cost almost the same than the dress. But the refund will not cover the changes that have to be made… anyways, the fabric is poor quality too…

Aruchic - selling fake take-off Kaftans
The kaftan advertised by them & promoted by an influencer is not the product you receive. There were limited embellishments as advertised on the actual garment. The fabric has major flaws with pulls & runs in the fabric making it unwearable. I sent photos of the numerous fabric flaws & got an apology and promised for a full refund!!! Still waiting. The kaftan I received is unwearable & totally disappointing… I also purchased a two piece pant suit, terribly cheap fabric, stitching & seams poorly made with some seams not actually stitched causing gaps. Spent nearly $200 for a bag of junk! I would never buy from this site ever again!

Wasn't like the picture at all.
Didn't look anything like the picture and didn't fit right either. Looks like they used a picture from a proper designer's website and then tried to copy it and failed. The fabric feels gross, too. Didn't bother with their faceless customer service so I had to throw it in the bin because not even a charity shop would take it. What a sad waste of time, money, and jet fuel. I suppose some people will do anything for money. I feel robbed.

Absolute trash
Absolute trash. They’ve stolen pictures from more reputable sites and added them as their own products. The product I received was so cheaply made, and wasn’t even full stitched. Requested a refund but no response.

I deserve a refund. Sizing is way too small compared to UK high st sizing
I received a dress which was at least 2 sizes too small, I would say this comes under the quality of the item. I made 3 requests for a return or refund. I received the standard response that they can refund 20% or I pay my freight back to china. I have now made 7 requests for a refund and have not received a response. This is so frustrating.

I had great customer service with a return. There was a prompt reply with a speedy solution. The new garment arrived in no time at all. I now have the pink and black palm tree kaftan.🙂

Ripped Off! False advertising - Brought the black palm tree dress…
Brought the black palm tree dress expecting the beautiful sequins all over it as per the video only to discover it’s a knock off with no sequins on the dress apart from the neck. TOTAL RIP OFF of the garment advertised ….this trader is fraudulent.

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off, doesn’t resemble the advertisement at all, only has the sequin embellishment around the neck. Also a nightmare if you want to return, has to be shipped back to China at your own cost which is very expensive. Not a happy customer

What a rip off
Fabric is not at all the same as in the ad, it is not as described, and so different to the advertised item. It also has no sequin embellishments apart from the collar so is missing parts.There are other similar reviews on their facebook page, items not as described, poor quality and different to advertised items. Many deleted comments too. NOT HAPPY. I would not have ordered the item I recieved had the item been advertised honestly. Advertising was very misleading. I have contacted the company for refund details but they have ignored my emails..I cannot return the items as they have provided no return/ refund address and the 14 day refund period will expire, thus voiding my right to a refund. Because they have not provided me with return or refund information. Ignored my emails and Facebook complaint comments.what a scam.
Update-
On 12th Oct Aruchic finally reply, but only to this complaint, way past the deadline for return and refund, and after sending email saying product was modified from what was
advertised, and may not be what I expected to recieve. The whole point is that I expect to tecieve what was advertised Aruchic, you are in breach of consumer law and your knock off designs have been reported to paypal.

Garments were delightful fabric was much heavier than I expected.
Sizing was perfect in the kaftan style but I would size up in the other styles.
Really easy to deal with and the exchange process was much easier than expected! Thanks for a great experience!

The dress is lovely heavy fabric, although the one online looks lightweight and it’s definitely a different fabric. Mine is also not as oversized as modelled.
Delivery was fairly quick considering it’s from China.
The most disappointing part is the lack of embellishments, the one modelled online is heavily decorated with sequins over the design, mine has a V neck of sequins but that’s all. So beware they aren’t quite the same as shown online!
