Artisan Tile Company were a pleasure to deal with, great communication, prompt delivery of samples and tiles I ordered. They honoured a 10% discount past the date it covered as I was not ready to order. I ordered the Fanstasia Rose Onyx tiles which are absolutely stunning and great quality. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and tiles. Thank you.

Ordered tiles for our bathroom renovation. Quick delivery amd great packaging. Delivery driver was polite and helped bring them to the door even though it wasnt expected. A few were not really usable ( natural marble tiles were slightly damaged) , but the team quickly replied to my email and sent out replacements on proof of photos. Very professional and can not wait to show the finished project .

So many beautiful tiles so I took a while to choose. Ordered several sample tiles - delivered quickly and wrapped so carefully that there was little chance of breakage. Made my choice and made an order of 3 different tiles - great price, quick delivery, again packaged so well. I now have 3 rooms in my home that make me smile when I walk in

An excellent interactive website with a huge range of fancy pattern mostly Spanish tiles. The showroom is well worth the trip to Doncaster. The range beats the mass market which appeals to people looking for something a bit special. The opening hours of the Doncaster location needs more prominence. Phone contact and phone number could be higher profile, they would have many more leads. All in all, 5 stars from me

Beautiful tiles
Prompt delivery on the day they said they would deliver. Tiles are now on a new porch floor and look amazing. Received lots of comments on how lovely they look. The grout colour suggested works perfectly. If you are looking for something a little bit different from the usual tile retailers, this is the place to go.
