I think something has fundamentally changed with Article.com. I think they used to have quality products and good value prices, but my experience was not that. I received items that were very very very poor quality.

I tried to go through their support team to get this fixed, but when I reached out to support and they didn't reply for days over 3 days. I only got a reply when I posted a review. Then I received a canned reply with no substantive help.

Beyond that, my 1 star review is not on their website. It's been over 2 days since I wrote my review, which is legitimate and doesn't violate any policy. There is absolutely zero reason my review shouldn't be published on their website by now.

I feel utterly tricked by this company.

High quality, attractive, well-made furniture at reasonable prices. Responsive customer service from Article staff. Easy delivery and setup.

The chairs were packed well and they are beautiful, exactly as shown. We had a small issue but customer service was excellent in resolving it.

Terrible company to deal with. The new item I purchased arrived in used condition. Just disgusting. They did not send me a new one until 2 months later. I was offered nothing more than a dry apology and the rep saying “we’re happy to see your replacement was delivered yesterday.” Nothing more. I don’t trust a company that sells used merchandise.
Somehow my review keeps getting deleted each time I leave it. I believe this is a company that pays to have bad reviews removed.

I heard about Article on YouTube. The items te decorator used looked really good so I decided to take a chance. So glad that I did. The counter stool arrived quickly. It was well packed and easy to assemble. In addition, the stool is sturdy and so beautiful!

I’m really happy with the quality of the mirrors I bought. They were very carefully packed and came in perfect condition. Shipping to San Francisco was very fast.

First, I want to say that they have a gorgeous aesthetic and ordering and delivery was easy. I purchased a dining room table, chairs, and their delightful sheepskin cushions. Their contracted delivery and set up was also timely and did a good job. My only issue is with the veneer on the table. It has so many marks or divots and also weird flecks so it has bumpiness and holes. When I polish it is especially noticeable. I’m concerned for the long term wear and tear even though I live alone. I just hope it holds up, it’s not just one or two little spots. It’s all over the table and this isn’t something you can easily have somebody come and dismantle and return it and then come back and set up another one by the time it becomes available. In the future, I’ll pick my dining room furniture and all my furniture out in person locally. I have pictures, but I don’t know how to attach them on this form.

Delivery was fast and easy, (you can schedule your delivery time), and we love the quality of the bed frame we ordered! It's very sturdy and the wood is really attractive.

Cilo ottoman arrived sooner than expected. Beautiful, sturdy, functional. Using them as side tables and foot rests. Paid hundreds less than competitors too.

The "Basi" King bed frame is an absolute steal! The wide slats provide excellent mattress support, and the height is just perfect for us. The quality is outstanding, and I love the subtle branding detail in the top left inside corner—it’s a classy touch.

Shipping was amazing! Their shipping partner was fast, reliable, and made the entire process seamless. This was the main reason we chose Article over the many trendy brands flooding Instagram ads—because let’s be honest, their shipping is notoriously bad. The customer service was absolutely wonderful and I have zero complaints. This is a well organized company that has their scheduling and logistics down to a T. And the delivery service did not fall short either.

We have been furnishing a whole house in a generally beach cottage vibe. Doing a separate connected space in a more modern/mid century style. So I know the price of a lot of different kinds of stuff….a little too well. This table is a unicorn. It looks great and would have thought it was 5 times its price if I’d just seen it in the wild. It’s sturdy and took about 3 minutes to assemble.

Bought an extremely well-made, durable bed frame from Article. (Lenia queen in walnut) Great well-made product, great service, great delivery. I’ll be back for future purchases.

First of all I found out about Article from an influencer I follow on YouTube - Nick Lewis. I decided to use them as I needed new furniture. I am so impressed. The furniture is flawless. I love my new sofa and dining table and chairs. I did not have a long wait to speak with someone about questions I had. I received the furniture in a decent time. The quality of the furniture is just as Nick says - it's comfortable and has a clean modern look. Thank you!!!!

I recently purchased the smoky Alma mirror. It arrived earlier than expected and was carefully packed. It is a beautiful, high-quality mirror! I love the scalloped edges and how the mirror combines a little whimsy with fresh, modern design.
