Happy with this producct

The product was easy to order. I was able to ask for tax exemption to my address. Delivery was quick and simple. The couch was well packaged and easy to assemble with the instruction book provided.

It’s a great product, shipping needs work!

It’s a great product, we love it! What we didn’t love, was the lack of communication. We had no idea when our couch was shipped. It came in three different deliveries, none of which we were notified about. My chair ended up at the wrong house and I had no idea it was coming. Definitely room for improvement there but the product is great!

Thank you so much for your kind words about the Ciello collection, we’re really happy to hear you’re loving your setup.

We’re very sorry, however, for the delivery experience you had. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive your order across multiple shipments without any communication or tracking updates. Not knowing when your items were arriving, and having one delivered to the wrong address, is far from the experience we aim to provide.

To provide some context, your order was fulfilled across multiple warehouses due to stock availability at the time, which is why it was shipped in separate deliveries. That said, you absolutely should have received shipping confirmation emails with tracking details for each shipment. It appears there was an issue with our automated system that prevented those notifications from being sent, and we sincerely apologize for that.

We understand how much this lack of communication impacted your ability to plan for delivery, and that’s on us. Your feedback has been shared with our technical team so we can investigate and ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Hi Agnes, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re really sorry for how your delivery was handled.

We understand how frustrating and stressful this must have been, especially with your order arriving across multiple shipments and requiring several delivery attempts. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide, and we recognize the impact it had on your time, including having to miss work and coordinate repeatedly with your building.

While part of the delay was due to weather conditions outside of the carrier’s control, we also acknowledge that better coordination and communication should have been provided throughout the process. The split shipment and lack of clear delivery updates made things more complicated than they should have been, and for that, we sincerely apologize.

We did provide a total of $400 in refunds as a gesture of appreciation for your patience.

Your feedback is extremely important, and we will be sharing it with both our operations team and delivery partners to ensure we improve how deliveries are coordinated and communicated moving forward.

Love our new Neptune sofa!!

We absolutely love our new Neptune sofa! It’s looks amazing and is very comfortable too. (It is on the firmer side, in case anyone doesn’t like that). Delivery was fast and customer service was top notch! Upon delivery, we realized there was a part missing from the packaging but we were issued a new one within 2 days! Highly highly recommend and we look forward to expanding our set once we move. :)

Service was second to none

Service was second to none. I had a little website glitch on the initial purchase attempt which was resolved. The communication was fantastic and prompt. Shipping was excellent and well tracked.

Delivery experience not the best

It difficult to fully review the product since I have only received an ottoman and the atmosphere covers for my sofa. I haven’t received the sofa or lumbar cushions yet and I don’t know when I will. The courier chosen “Purolator” does not provide real time tracking and when I call Cozey for updates I receive the company line which is that Purolator doesn’t provide tracking updates while in transit. So what is the point of a tracking number if there is no information on a delivery date, where in transit my product is, or if there is delays. It’s been over a week with no delivery updates. Cozey hasn’t been any help in tracking/delivery updates. All I want is an idea on when the sofa will be delivered so I can plan for it. So far the ottoman seems good but an ottoman is not a sofa. I can say I have not been satisfied with the customer service at this time. I don’t like that my order is coming in pieces and that I don’t know when those pieces are coming. I hope I will be satisfied with the product if it ever arrives.

Hi Natacha, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re really sorry for how this delivery has been going so far.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to have such a large purchase arrive in separate shipments without clear updates on when the remaining pieces will arrive. Not knowing when your sofa is coming, especially when you’ve only received part of your order, can make the whole experience feel uncertain and stressful.

In your case, the order was split because the warehouse closest to you in Langley did not have all the pieces in stock. The ottoman and covers were shipped from Langley, while the sofa is coming from our Montreal warehouse. Transit from Montreal to your area can take up to 7 business days, and during that time, Purolator often does not provide tracking updates until the shipment reaches the final facility, which is why you haven’t seen movement yet.

That said, we understand how concerning it is to go without updates. Please know that we’ve been closely monitoring your shipment with both our operations team and Purolator. If there is no scan or update by tomorrow, which marks the 7th business day in transit, we are prepared to take further action, including arranging a replacement if needed.

We truly appreciate your patience and will continue to follow this closely to ensure your sofa reaches you as soon as possible.

Happy with it

I’ve only had our ciello dream grey couch for a month but so far I’m really happy with it. It is very comfortable and spacious, great for kids and golden retriever. We also purchased the ciello chair, storage ottoman, washable rug and coffee table. No complaints about any of it. I’m hoping it stays this great.
