Their customer service is superb!
I ordered an expensive pair of glasses for a gift and when they arrived, one of the glasses was broken.
I contacted them and immediately got a reply back, and a replacement was shipped out within just a few days, in plenty of time for Christmas. And the glasses are absolutely gorgeous.
Five stars all around!

Artmest offers some of the best homeware items out there. While we had a slight snag in the initial delivery, the team was quick to course correct and help the situation of hand.
