My recent purchase
I have recently made a furniture purchase using the help of the Artemest website. It was the first time I have used this website, having spent a considerable time researching the options available online. I live in Australia, so I was quite apprehensive about finally making such a purchase online, given the safety concerns, honesty, reliability etc that is involved.
Serena Falcone, the Artemest representative with whom I dealt, has been truly wonderful in guiding me through the whole process. I don't have my goods as yet, but thus far, Artemest via Serena Falcone has been truly exemplary in providing exceptional customer service.

Working in high-end residential design, sourcing pieces remotely always requires a level of trust — not only in the craftsmanship itself, but in the people behind it. My experience with Artemest was exceptional from beginning to end.
Their team was thoughtful, professional, precise, and consistently prompt throughout the entire process. Communication was seamless, every question was handled with care, and the level of attention given to both the client experience and logistical details truly stood out.

THE most LAZY "LUXURY" customer service . Plus, if you don't pay for white glove they hold your item hostage!
I spent over $11,000 on a chandelier at Artemest and the experience exposed a serious gap between brand image and reality.
Communication was the first failure. I asked time-sensitive questions about LED color and customization, both critical for installation planning. Responses were delayed or never came. At this price point, that is not a minor issue, it is a basic breakdown. Also, don't try calling after waiting for 40 mins they just drop you -this happened 4 times !
Delivery was worse. After being told my piece was ready, Artemest would not provide a clear delivery date or meaningful tracking unless I paid an additional $850 for “white glove” service. Without it, I was left with vague, non-committal information and a curbside drop in a crate.
That is not premium service. It is using lack of transparency to force an upsell.
At this price, you expect coordination, accountability, and clarity. Instead, the experience felt like a high-markup marketplace with underdeveloped operations, where the burden is pushed onto the customer after the sale is made.
The product may be beautiful, but the experience is not built to match the price.

Location super valutata ma organizzazione assai modesta
Per ben due volte ci siamo messi in coda per visitare Artemest. Oggi 22/4 ci siamo messi in coda alle 16.40 ma alle 17.10 veniamo informati da un addetto, che il sito avrebbe chiuso alle 17.30 nonostante su Internet fossero riportati come orari di chiusura le 18.00 oppure le 19.00.
Per cui si rileva che:
1. Il sito ha chiuso mezz'ora prima delle 18.00, primo orario riportato su Internet
2. Le code e i tempi di attesa sono lunghissimi anche perché non viene posta alcuna attenzione a quanto i visitatori possano stazionare nell'appartamento. Questo sfavorisce la fluidità degli accessi.
3. I responsabili, un uomo e una donna hanno dato poche spiegazioni per la chiusura anticipata e poi sparendo, lasciando ai vigilantes di controbattere malamente con la folla per nulla contenta
4. Gli addetti hanno informato solo metà della lunga coda dell'orario di chiusura. Chi si trovava oltre ha continuato ad attendere invano e senza informazioni.
Sicuramente la location merita gli elogi che le vengono tributati (io non sono riuscita ad entrare per ben due volte). Purtroppo l'organizzazione e la vigilanza sono più che modeste. Poche idee di come scorrere al meglio i flussi e molto poca attenzione ai visitatori. Mari
