Aqua Essentials Anmeldelser

Aqua essentials provide an excellent and reliable service, selling quality products for your aquascape.
I have purchased all over my items from them including the tank and decor.
Aqua essentials pack and send your items the same day and I have received all of my products within 48hours. The plants are fresh and excellent quality.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone setting up a tank, their website is easy to use and has all the information you need to take care of the plants including where to position them in the tank and what temperature to maintain them at.
I’ll definitely be using them in the future as my tank establishes.

From start to finish, my experience with Aqua Essentials has been nothing short of exceptional. What really stood out was the level of customer service—Richard, in particular, went completely above and beyond to support me throughout my aquascaping project. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference, and it felt like he truly cared about getting everything just right.

The delivery was incredibly fast and efficient, which is always a huge plus when you're eager to get started. Every item arrived perfectly packaged—clearly handled with care and attention to detail—so everything turned up in pristine condition.

It’s rare to find a company that combines top-quality products with such outstanding customer support, but Aqua Essentials absolutely delivers on both. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, whether you're new to aquascaping or more experienced. A genuinely first-class experience all around.

Ive used Aqua Essentials for years. Their fertilizer and Dechlorinator and plants are always amazing. Great service too

Ordered pieces of slate with moss.
I piece had the moss detached and loose in the bag.
The other pieces were not as nice as my previous orders.

Good website, nicely laid out and easy to choose the right product. Plants arrived looking very healthy and well packaged. Have absolutely thrived since, possibly due to the recommended upsell of plant fertiliser. I really like some of their innovations like the plants on wood with suckers that attach to the fish tank glass. Very cool and my tank looks better than ever.

As per my previous review, can’t fault service, great plants, fast delivery well packed, arrived in good condition.

As always efficient communication and delivery

I contacted Aqua Essentials regarding a solenoid and timer that became faulty. They immediately contacted the supplier and I was provided with a tracking reference for delivery of my replacement.
