Great healthy plant delivered quickly and in great condition

Not only are the plants of great quality and a really good size, but the staff are great too. They gave me a call as they weren't happy with one of the bulbs with leaves I ordered and, instead of sending it anyway, they offered me other options. They clearly take pride in their plants and want their customers to receive the best

2nd time buying , Great stunning plants and do really well in the tank. And normally great size plants with good cover.

Have nothing bad to say about this company, delivery service is excellent, all plants arrived within 2days and in perfect condition I will certainly be purchasing more from them

Ordered spiderwood, rocks, and a plant bundle for our 100L tank. Everything arrived in great condition, no snails at all. Took your advice on the fertiliser too the aquarium looks brilliant now. Thanks for the helpful support.

Fast delivery, well packaged

Have shopped at aqua essentials a few times with no troubles. When purchasing a co2 system a singular part wasnt functioning properly. I emailed and within 3 days a replacement solenoid arrived at my door with complementary components for the hassle. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone in the aquarium hobby.

Nice clear website, easy to find plants and a good description to help know how difficult each plant will be to keep. They seem to sell out quickly too which is good to see because you know the plants are fresh, not old been waiting around. I'm still novice so went for some 'easy' plants. They arrived quickly and were very healthy, not straggly. I kept mine in a bucket of original tank water with fertiliser for a few days and found no unwanted hitchhikers. Just ordered some more so we'll see how they go. I just have to keep them all alive now. Overall great plants, great service.

Perhaps it's my lack of fishkeeping skills or my fish but my experience has been mixed and the plants have introduced snails that I am finding different to eradicate. My Crypt Spiralis Red is doing OK, but my Spiralis Tiger and Ustriana have hardly grown. Is it because I only dose with liquid CO2?

We have ordered spiderwood rocks and a plant bundle for 100L tank - the plants were in wonderful condition and snail free and following your advice we also ordered the plant fertiliser our tank look amazing - thanks for the helpful tips

Ordered something as a Christmas present. Unfortunately it was no good but they would only give store credit and not a refund as I could not return within 2 weeks. Most companies allow a little extra time to return over Christmas as you don’t want to leave buying presents until last minute. Store credit not much good when you don’t have fish tanks yourself..
Timeline of events:
Ordered - 9th December
Received - 11th December.
Requested refund via website as advised - 25/12 (14 days from receipt and as soon as I knew it was no good).
Received response from Aqua Essentials - 30/12 if I had received an earlier response could have posted before I went on holiday
I advised on 30/12 that I had gone on holiday and would not be back until 6th January. I was advised that this was not a problem. At no time was I told it would be a store credit.
Goods Returned - 7th January
Goods Received by Aqua Essentials- 8th January.

Used these guys a couple times there great!

Some plants ordered out of stock but still showing on website as available. Aquaessentials offered to delay or cancelled order however when advised that rescape was planned for that coming weekend, and this would wreck it, amazing customer service became apparent.

After giving them a brief, Aquaessentials substituted a number of items that were wholly suitable and in some cases more expensive without any extra charge. Items arrived next day as originally promised, and excellent quality in terms of plant health and secure packaging.

Have used multiple times but this time was flawless. Amazing service at 3:30pm on a Friday.

Aqua Essentials is my “go to” for aquarium plants. I’ve shopped with them several times and yes, they’re a bit pricey vs local stores BUT the variety is great, the quality top notch and the service is superb. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who’s interested in learning more about aquatic plants. They are also on hand for tips, help and guidance when needed. Recommended to new and experienced hobbyists.
