Who are Aqua Essentials?Aqua Essentials deliver the finest aquarium plants across the UK in record time. All plants are in stock and ready to ship on a Monday to Friday basis and if you order before 4pm, we'll dispatch the same working day. If you choose the express delivery service, your order will most likely arrive the next day too :)
What's the benefit for you?
The benefit for you is no waiting around with a 1 hour delivery time slot but more importantly, the aquarium plants arrive in a super fresh condition with zero deterioration.
How environmentally friendly are you?
We use 100% recyclable packaging for each and every order and a carbon-neutral courier means our impact on the environment is minimal. Plants are now are wrapped in a new type of packaging that is not only better for them but their packaging can be kerbside recycled (unlike bubble wrap which was previously used and ended up in landfill).
What about contacting you?
Our customer support is available over the phone, email or live chat where we can assist and resolve any issues.
Any other benefits offered?
Richard offers free tips and advice via email at no extra cost to anyone who wants to learn and improve their aquascaping efforts. The emails are drip-fed just at the right time so advice on algae issues, water changes, fertilisers, lighting etc arrives just when you need it.
Ultimately we're here to support you on this journey and believe in honesty and trust which is another reason we use Trustpilot for our marketing message.

Beautiful plants
Beautiful plants! Such a good range as well!
I got the java moss on driftwood and root tabs for my betta tank. The driftwood is well maintained and doesn't have any sharp edges that I'd need to sand down.
Website is easy to use/navigate.
Prompt and effective delivery.
All questions answered with detail.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Thank you!!

Not so perfect bundle not so perfect.
Plants were healthy and delivery was quick but ordered 2 "Not so perfect plant bundles" was not expecting to get a bag full of moss covered coconut shells, maybe a couple and a few plants but not just coconut shells, thought there would have been some variety.
