Quick response to my problem, continued to keep in contact with repairer and kept me informed of all updates.

When I needed a repair I was dealt with efficiently. The engineer found the problem, ordered the part and came back very soon to complete the repair. Thank you.

Tim called me to let me know me know when he would arrive and came at that time . He replaced the faulty part and tested the machine to make sure that it was working properly . He is a very nice, friendly man and a good efficient worker

The engineer came & diagnosed the problem ordered the part needed. The next engineer came & fitted the part ,they were both efficient ,polite ,everyone from the office to engineers were very helpful ,would recommend applience serve

The repair man Dave was cheerful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
As was a fridge door being replaced I had not emptied prior to visit so items stayed cold. Dave could see I was head deep in work and was more than happy to empty contents from damaged fridge door.

Dave was friendly extremely helpful on answering a few questions regarding the cooker. The job was completed very quickly.

Very reliable, came earlier and saved me time. Quick, efficient, explained the fault and how it was remedied. Explained that might be noisy at first after the fix. Gave assurance that I could ring back if not satisfied. Very polite and friendly technician. Would highly recommend this service

The first engineer didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He ordered lots of parts but even though I told him the remote wasn’t working, he didn’t order a new remote. Two weeks later a lovely engineer turned up and the first thing he asked was, had the previous guy ordered a new remote. So after checking he couldn’t repair it. After the third visit and staying in all day I got the last engineer back with a new remote and bingo, all fixed. What a waste of time, the first guy could have come with a new remote and it could have been fixed on the first visit.
