The company has great customer service, I had a leak issue with my filter system that I owned for 2 years and just within the warranty period they sent me a complete replacement unit. Took about 2 weeks from start to finish but they addressed all my concerns and earned a happy customer! Thanks guys!

Shipping company broke the items but APEC was good about replacing them. Even the specific items were out of stock, they provided the better alternative instead.
You can't always prevent issues; but they did follow through on providing a great fix and resolving the issue. That's what counts... Excellent communication as well.

Great product! Fast flow!
I was happy with the entire process. Fair price, fast shipping, good installation instructions, high quality parts, and an impressive water flow in the end. My only complaint is the water line to the faucet was not long enough because I mounted the system just below the sink cabinet in the basement below. All other flexible tubing was just long enough.

You canceled my order without my permission, then when I reordered the customer service representative refused to honor the sale price or even to pay for expedited shipping because of your mistake. I received impersonal AI email response.
Shipping was late.

As good as the store purified water!
We have been using the filter for a few weeks now and love the taste of the water. I measured the dissolved solids which were in the single digits. This matched the purified water we had been buying at the store. I had one issue, a leak near the "X" valve (no idea what the correct name is) which was easily fixed. I was so focused on my plumbing connections that this leak suprised me!

False advertizement!!
Bought ROES-PH75 x Essence Alkaline Mineral 6 Stage system during sales promotion in June-July 2026.
The promotion picture showed the ROES-PH75 system with FI-ES-TCR-QC, MEM-ES-75, FI-PHPLUS-QC, and (FI-ES-CAB10 with two FI-ES-SED10) x 2 sets.
Delivered was ROES-PH75 system and only one FI-ES-CAB10, and two FI-ES-SED10.
Called customer care about incomplete delivery compared to the advertized picture. Sal, the rep only willing to send one "prefilter bundle" of FI-ES-CAB10 and two FI-ES-SED10.
APEC needs to display picture of exactly what they intended to ship. Otherwise it's FALSE ADVERTIZEMENT!!
