Instale mi primer reverse osmosis system mas o menos hace 30 años he probados por lo menos 5 sistemas de filtracion ro de diferentes marcas, pero cuando probe este sistema de filtracion de ro me gusto mucho, el sabor del agua la calidad de filtracion 25 tds y a veces mas bajo de lectura y ademas el mantenimiento de los filtros ha sido el mas economico de todos los que habia adquirido anteriormente por esta razon le doy 5 estrellas yo lo recomiendo segun mi experiencia en sistemas de filtracion ro mi sistema es el ROES100 ESSENSE

I was disappointed that it took two…
I was disappointed that it took two people to remove the cap of the membrane filter. Apparently I was not the only one to experience this as 2 YouTube videos made reference to this problem. Also I had to replace the housing cap assembly in order to prevent the sump from leaking. Total time to have system working again - 9 days.

Receiving the replacement parts in record time, I reread the instructions for installation. I took time in installing.
The results of all, the RO 50 unit is back on line. The drinking water is back to the standard of high quality. With no leaks!

Good overall, first faucet was faulty “knob was stiff”, rec replacement with in 72 hours.

The best Customer Service!
I purchased my second ROES 50 system recently through Amazon. Although the system had a leak upon initial startup, I was able to get it fixed quickly by working with APEC’s customer service. They gave me some troubleshooting recommendations and then sent me the needed replacement parts quickly.
I have had two of the ROES 50 systems now for over nine years and their Customer Service has been the best of any company I have ever dealt with!

Customer service lowered the score
Initial shipment arrived damaged with missing parts. Customer service process was somewhat cumbersome and slower than I would have liked with multiple rounds of questions and pictures required. Initially I was speaking to someone by text chat through the website. I was then told to file a claim where much of the information was repeated, taking days. Replacement arrived intact without missing parts. Installation was relatively painless. RO working well, good product.

Customer service was very helpful in choosing the right system for us. The RO system does what it is supposed to do but is a bit noisier than I expected. I do love the fact that it does not use electricity.
