My son was looking forward to his new…
My son was looking forward to his new present and when the scooter arrived a small part of the mud guard attachment had snapped. We have managed to glue this as he didn’t want to send the whole thing back but thi is not something u expect when paying all that money.

The scooter broke after 2 weeks and…
The scooter broke after 2 weeks and completely stopped charging, I have now sent 4 emails with no reply and there doesn’t seem to be any phone number, my son bought this with his own pocket money that he had been saving and is absolutely devastated that it has stopped so working.

Scooter spare part
The rear mudguard handle bar clip came lose and was last from my granddaughters scooter. It was a simple process to go on the web site and order a replacement. The price including postage was a very reasonable 2.99. Quick delivery time and email sent confirming delivery.

Amazing product with absolutely brilliant service
The scooter arrived the next day as promised on their website. Free next day delivery is much appreciated. They responded to any requests for information within hours.
Also, the scooter is very reliable and the battery life is great. The best scooter around for the money.
I was really confused about which website to purchase from as there is so many selling aovo scooters, highly recommend buying from their website.
