Seconde Trottinette Aovo pro achetée à Noel pour mon fils et cassée en février.
La premère fonctionne certes bien depuis plusieurs mois, mais pour la seconde, le tube principal a été sectionné au bout de 2 mois !
Mais le pire est a venir... Suite à notre contact, le support a répondu rapidement avec prise en charge du retour. Nous avons donc été plutot satisfait du premier contact.
Le pb est qu'ils ont tout d'abord mis plusieurs semaines à nous retourner la trottinette qui est arrivée très mal emballé avec certes l'axe réparé mais la roue avant arrachée et le garde boue arrière coupé en 2 !
Depuis, impossible de se faire reprendre la trottinette. Aovo veut nous envoyer les pièces et notre contact... Mr Hu .... ne comprends rien a nos multiples échanges que ce soit en français ou en anglais.
Nous sommes toujours en échanges qui n'aboutisse pas et nous risquons de ne jamais récupérer une trottinette en état de marche.
Je vous invite donc à fuir cette marque car les risques sont trop important en cas de problème !
Préférez un magasin local et surtout de commande internet !

So far so good great scooter my son loves it one bad thing DHL the delivery company left scooter under my caravan and signed my name on ticket it could have been stolen

Such an easy website to use. Ordered product 9am. Received the next day at 1pm. Exactly as pictured/described. Any questions/queries I had where answered via email within 30min from me sending. Overall very impressed. Scooter is great. Set up via the app. Great service.

Awful service and product - the main shaft snapped after 3 months and wasnt given a refund nor a replacement. DO NOT BUY.

Good scooter for the price few little hiccups but soon sorted
It does take a little while to get a response I’d imagine they are very busy due to the demand of escooters but After a few emails back and forth they have sent me a new part for the scooter……
Can’t wait to get it fitted and back up and running

Rapid next day delivery, well protected packaging and easy setup procedure. So far the customer service has been great and no defects with the scooter itself as of yet. Overall 5/5 for product and service so far.

Didn't realise I ordered it at 1 minute past 4 so thought I had missed the next day delivery deadline, oh no, it arrived the very next day, I have seen these offered for sale at far more expense on other sites but what really sold it for me was the three easy pay Interest free payments. I will highley recommend this site to anyone.
