Really good so far
Delivery is fast and good. Easy to set up plus 70% battery when opened. I’ve only had it for 4 days and still really good. Definitely a good alternative to the Xiomi ones. It’s good for the price I recommend

Poor Customer Service and After Sales care
The battery on my scooter isn't charging after only 4 months of use. It is under warranty and the company is not replying to my emails to rectify the issue. This is extremely poor customer service and reputationally damaging. Still unresolved and i will be looking notify the local Trading Standards department and pursuing a legal claim for a remedy if not resolved within the next 7 days.

As discussed with yourself via email, all emails from yourself ended up in the junk/spam folder where we do reply however it takes slightly longer for someone to get back to you. We normally expect to get back to any queries within 72 hours.
We have agreed to send you a new battery under the warranty free of charge, as mentioned this may take up to three weeks to arrive.
I am glad we were able to provide you with a solution for your problem. Once you have fitted the new battery, we would really appreciate it if you could please update your review.

Legitimate website, the AOVO scooter is very nice. Shipping took 2 days for me, so that's the only problem I have encountered (they advertise it as next day). Other than that, brilliant stuff.

Scooter for my son was not disappointed
Im not the one to write reviews but the excellent service and exceeding expectations deserves a praise. This scooter was for my son, had concerns it would be fake or maybe not delivered in time for his birthday. The scooter was delivered next day and genuine as it connects to the app.

Didn't get any confirmation of order, and parcel arrived a day later than expected - but given the Covid situation this is not unusual. Scooter was a good price, and when it did arrive all was good. Now if they could do something about the weather, that would be a bonus...

Fantastic
Fantastic! My order arrived via private courier in mint condition. They decided to deliver it privately due to it being the holidays and so they wanted me to receive my order promptly.
The only thing I would recommend they implement is a better tracking service and an initial confirmation of an ETA as I had to make a follow up to ask when my order would be with me.
I would definitely recommend and thank you for the service and product!! ☺️

Parcel arrived the next day
Parcel arrived the next day, even though i thought it would take up to 6 x days to arrive.
Great service, very happy so far.

Unfortunately parcel force dropped the…
Unfortunately parcel force dropped the scooter over my back fence when I wasn't in, the gate is only 5 feet tall. Someone obviously has seen it and taken it before I arrived home. AOVO you need to make sure your delivery company gets a signature on delivery, these are expensive items. I'm out of pocket by £280 and ordered another scooter from a company who require a signature

The courier Parcelforce did not leave the parcel over your back fence. They left it in your back garden as requested by yourself, and took a delivery picture. We provided you this delivery picture which was showing the parcel in your back garden. Also, you confirmed this is your back garden.
Moreover, the courier Parcelforce informed us that it is highly likely that you have received the parcel but falsely claiming when you arrived home the parcel was not there. This is potential fraud and we have reported this to Action Fraud UK.
Furthermore, the courier Parcelforce are one of the most reliable when it comes to confirm delivery of a parcel. This is because apart from taking a delivery picture, they have cameras in their delivery van which also confirm the order is delivered accurately and there is no risk of the driver taking away any parcels.
In addition, in the past we have had issues with our customers stating that the delivery signature is not theirs. In order to avoid this, we requested the courier to take a delivery picture instead which we believe is the best way to confirm delivery of a parcel.
Finally, none of our customers have experienced an issue like this before. We will continue the delivery of our parcels in the most secure and reliable way possible.
