Unwavering effort and quick responses to queries. Their cut of the refund is acceptable, however, their holding of the refund until a fixed ‘pay date’ is questionable.
Keep doing what you’re doing, just pay out asap, like you used to.

I have used this company year in and year out, as have many people I know. efficient and easy to use and friendly staff, I would really recommend.

I first used them back in 2022 and they were great but every year they have been getting worse each year since.

Had lots of issues with my refund i done on April 2025.

They're cheaper than RIFT for refunds but i think I'll find somewhere else for this year and going forward.

My advice would be to find an accountant who will help you fill out your own one. Saves you a buch of hassle and money.

They were more than happy to work with me despite how long I took to go through the process, having a few very busy months with no time to sort out the documentation required. They were very clear in what qas needed from me and what parts they eould handle, making the whole claim process quite simple. I received a bigger refund than expected in the ends and that's always nice.

Service was fine but they tried to charge their fee based on the reclaimed tax that HMRC already owed me AND the claim they actually submitted. Especially seeing as I did the legwork of transfering the money to my bank account too.

I haven't gone over the T&Cs with a fine tooth-comb but if it's in there then it's pretty shady imo, if it's not then that sounds pretty illegal.

I argued against it and they conceded to what was the original quote.

You're the tax experts, you should know what funds were from which claim, it does clearly show in the tax account.

Basing your fee on whatever balance is in tax account regardless of source is very poor practice, I shouldn't have to notify you that.

It's either poor practice or you're just playing on the fact that most people won't notice, let's hope it's the former.

Really helpful and the process was quite straight forward and slick. The use of whatsapp also made the team much more accessible.

The process was simple and explained well from the outset.
