Ordered a water pump
Ordered a water pump.
Called to buy a reducer for the pump from 1” to 15mm, the person said someone will call me back to advise what part I need and never did, I follow it up with another call and the person was not happy that I called back and ask me to go and search on goggle.
The box arrived with someone else’s name on it the delivery notes name has a different name than mine.

These products are assembled to order so sorry if someelse's label has been put on your box. Must be a stores error.

Good customer service but poor experience overall on this occasion.
The website indicated next day delivery but the item didn’t arrive until 3 days later. The item was dirty, covered in a layer of dust and there were small broken pieces of plastic from the base found in the box. When I called to request a replacement, the staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I was advised a replacement would arrive the next day but it took another 3 days to arrive. Let down by their delivery company twice but the original item should never have been shipped in its condition.

Good Afternoon,
Are you sure you have reviewed the correct company?
You ordered a Grundfos Scala2 on 3rd March.
You didn’t select next day and the pumps are brand new packed from Grundfos so I suspect you have wrong company here.

Anglian pumping services assisted me…
Anglian pumping services assisted me with the right choice of water pump and submersible pump.
The purchase and shipping and delivery was done overnight.
I was sent an email to indicate an unavailable item given the option to receive the remaining items and later deliver the unavailable item or cancel all together.
I chose to take delivery and cancel that one item.
It was done and the refund for the one time was done in 3 days.
On the whole I’m more that impressed with their services including customer care.

CR@P PUMP
The pump is too too expensive for what they offer, quality is quite poor and if you want to fix the pump on the floor isn't any support you have to improvise, the lid and the clips are very weak, the inner water joints is very weak too, plastic of the basin pump it is very soft, in one word the pump is CR@P for almost £800

Good Afternoon,
Sorry to hear you where not happy with a TT product.
You will understand we are not the manufacturer and have no design input into this product.
We are just a wholesaler so I feel you score is harsh considering everything we do was done perfectly well.
We'll pass your comments on to the manufacturer.

Combined DAB Esytank and box
The DAB Esytank and box arrived safely to its destination. It is yet to be installed but if it works as well as a similar one we purchased previously it should provide good service for years to come
