Having been a loyal customer of amb Insurance for over 10 years that loyalty was paid back late last night when we received a letter from the Police saying one of our vans hadn’t any insurance. A clerical error on my behalf. Knowing they would be shut till Monday, I sent a personal message to the owner (not knowing he was in away in Holland) he responded back straight away asking for the van’s details.
