I am very happy with the phone support I received and the speedy email responses relating to insurance for an additional vehicle I was buying. Once again very polite and professional.

We recently moved to AMB Insurance and couldn’t be happier with the service we received, particularly from Jack Edge their chartered Insurance Broker.

Jack was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in understanding our business, making sure we had the right combined policy that balanced both value and cover. The ceramic industry can be a tricky one to insure—especially with kilns reaching very high temperatures—but Jack and the AMB team handled this with ease.

We’ve been very impressed with the service throughout the entire process, before, during, and after the policy was put in place. Highly recommended.

Professional, clear, face to face, excellent service

I'm always wary that brokers just rely on the same old providers without doing proper comparisons but not the case with Sian this year for Landlord insurance. The policy suited my needs, she spotted one important part of the cover that needed adapting for the property, and her communications were efficient and clear. Great service.

I have been with the business since its inception and I was with Andrew its owner when he was with another insurers. His experienced friendly team ensure a client’s needs are met 100% every time and that the price is always reasonable & for a few pounds more if a claim is required they sort that out. So it’s a no brainer- a full all round professional friendly service every time
