I chose to move our insurances back to AMB as they are local. So many local brokers are being swallowed up by National companies which takes away the personal touch. Local people have local knowledge which makes explaining your needs be it business or personal easier for them to understand. Lesley and Sian have kept to their word and returned calls and provided information in a timely manner.

Working with Sian has reduced the insurance on our rental properties by a considerable amount. This is proper old fashioned business practice, dealing with the same person,building a relationship and getting good deals.

Vanessa assisted with a third party insuarnce claim for us. The third party insurers were either playing awkward, or were simply disorganised. They paid a part of the claim but not irrecoverable VAT and a potential loss which was uncertain at the time of the payment to us.

Vanessa showed tenacity and perseverence and somehow managed to recover all of our loss VAT included.. A great result- Thanks Vanessa
