Absolutely amazing
The delievery took no more then 4 days, pretty standard, but i have an upcomming surgery which means i cant wear jewlry, i reached out and their customer support was so helpful, they got back within a few hours, even late at night. they were very kind and respectful, and the quality is just impecible. i could not reccommend more.

Exceptional customer service
I was really worried at first because I couldn’t see the photo inside the bracelet when it arrived, and I thought something had gone wrong. I reached out to the company, and they responded with such kindness and patience. They explained how to view the photo by shining a light through it and when I tried it, the picture appeared beautifully. I emailed to apologise for my misunderstanding, and they were so gracious and understanding. Their compassion and the care they showed truly meant a lot. The bracelet is lovely annd very special. Their customer service was exceptional and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful keepsake
The bracelets arrived just in time for my cousin's funeral. My Aunty was overwhelmed with the bracelet. Such a beautiful packaged gift. The customer service of Allure is outstanding. I highly recommend Allure and their bracelets. Definitely a perfect keepsake.

Permanent bracelets are amazing quality. I accidentally cut one of the bracelets the wrong length so couldnt wear it but I got in touch with Allure and they have sent me a replacement free of charge! Amazing customer service will definitely be looking at more of their jewellery.
