Great Quality and Service
I ordered a sentimental piece for my mum back in January – a necklace featuring a picture of our dog who recently passed away and we absolutely loved it! The quality was stunning and it turned out even better than we imagined. What really stood out though, was the customer service. The team went above and beyond, even stepping outside their usual process to help us with a second order. It made the whole experience feel so personal and special. Brilliant customer service! Bought as a present for my partner and he didn’t like the colour bracelet I chose. Allure changed it free of charge and sent a new one out next working day, would definitely recommend.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company, my partner broke his bracelet and the reply to my email was within 24 hours witha replacement being sent two days after my inquiry, the jewellery is incredibly strong and my bracelet has not had any issues for over a year, my partner on the other hand has very bad luck being a tradesman, nevertheless, the company has handled it wonderfully

I recently ordered a chain photo bracelet as a leaving present for my friend and it’s perfect, such high quality. Lost Package - Resolved
I ordered a necklace and didn’t receive it for over a month. I contacted Allure support and received no reply at first, but after gaining their attention from reviewing on here, i managed to get in contact and the situation was resolved.
My package was lost due to royal mail (who refused to help me) but after talking with the Allure team i was very kindly sent a replacement at no extra charge and a 10% refund for the trouble. I received my package and was very happy with the item.
I do not recommend purchasing an item from Allure if you need it quickly as there is a risk you may not receive it in time, however the product was good quality and hasn’t yet tarnished or broken 2 months later, so i recommend it overall.
Thank you Allure for replacing my item, and i apologise for not updating this review sooner.
