Lovely tribute to Grandad

My father passed away recently amd zi wanted to make sure my daughters had something they could always remember Grandad with. I chose the heart Pendants with the picture glass. The on line process was easy apart from the offers would not apply to the 3rd and 4th item so 2 separate orders placed in the end (this is the only reason I have taken off one star).
The Pendants themselves are absolutely lovely and all 4 of my daughters had a tear in their eye and said "that is so cute" when they saw Grandad again.
Well packaged and lovely presentation box. As these are bespoke and personalised, remember their is a waiting period but it was worth it. Thank you Allure Jewellery.

Amazing service!!!

Amazing service! Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered my parcel in an unsafe place and it was stolen. I contacted customer service and they were so understanding and helpful. Will definitely be ordering more from them.

Good Customer Service

Bracelets were delivered sooner than expected, and the image quality was very high. When dealing with a broken bracelet and requiring a replacement, they were responsive and provided a lot of help with getting me another one, even providing compensation for the process.

Unresponsive Customer Support

After the purchase, the order was dispatched within 10 days (30th March) which is acceptable and sent out to delivery. After having issues with the delivery of the product, I contacted customer support which replied to me within 24 hours but from that moment on, the experience has been extremely frustrating.

The delivery company supposedly tried to deliver the package twice but the courier was unable to contact me since they didn’t have my phone number and couldn’t add it to their system stating it should come directly from the company I bought the product (if so, why wasn’t it a mandatory field when I was ordering?). With this, the delivery company then sent me an e-mail saying they would return the package to the origin so I could ask for a refund, instead of delivering it to a pick-up point as they said they would. This was on April 9th.

On that same day, I replied to the previous e-mail chain with Allure’s customer support explaining the whole situation and got no reply. Sent another one asking for feedback 5 days later, no reply. On the 16th I’ve sent one more e-mail explaining the situation. Today is the 23rd of April and I still got no feedback from the company.

This was a gift for my wife to celebrate her first Mother’s Day as a mom and it is now virtually impossible to have it on time when I ordered it with a one and a half month’s advance to make sure I would get it.

Extremely disappointed with this company’s customer support, would not recommend.

I bought a necklace for my daughter’s…

I bought a necklace for my daughter’s 18th , her dad passed 4 years ago and I had her favourite photo of her and her dad put into it so that he is always with her.. she absolutely loved it.. I had the biggest hug I think I’ve ever had from her, along with a neck full of tears. Thankyou so much to allure jewellery for making such a special gift . I ordered on the 10th April and it arrived on the 20 th 👍

Ordered 2 photograph bracelets in December for Christmas gifts. First one arrived today, 7th April 2026!!!

I have exhausted my attempts to get a refund since December. The bracelet I received today had someone else's photo. My fault, I tried to see the photo but it was so difficult. So I gave it to my daughter & explained it was her gift, only for her to find someone else's photo in it. Gutted I fell for this company's misleading selling

I'm truly sorry that your daughter's bracelet contained someone else's photo. As we have stated via our email chain, if you could send over a picture of this issue we will get this resolved for you ASAP.

However, I do want to provide some context on the delay, as I feel it's important to be transparent. The original bracelets were unfortunately lost in transit due to an incomplete delivery address on the order. Despite this, we remade both items free of charge and prioritised getting them to you.

If you could send over the proof of the photo issue we can go ahead and issue a refund for this item as previously stated.

So Bad

I'm sorry you feel this way. I've have taken a look into this and can see we responded to your messages on multiple occasions, so this wasn't a case of being ignored.

As explained in our emails the delivery delay was with Royal Mail, which unfortunately falls outside of our control and isn't something we're able to offer refunds for. We also never received any photos of your issue with the product, which made it difficult to investigate further.

If you're able to send images over, I'm happy to look into it for you.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

If I could give them less than one star I would.
I brought two bracelets for my sisters who recently lost a very close family member, the items arrived a where such poor quality, they had black dots and stripes all over the photos. I made contact multiple and I mean multiple times, the customer service is disgusting, I had to send photo after photo was told to clean it and that they didnt see a problem, this went on for multiple email exchanges it was exhausting and so upsetting considering the nature of the purchase. Eventually the agreed to remake the bracelets which arrived and were still not the quality I expected but quite frankly I couldn’t be bothered to fight them on it again. This company is a joke, they don’t value their customers at all, I’ll never buy again and I’ll not be advising anyone else to.

However, as the issue was not clearly shown in the original images you sent over we required better images to assist you further. Unacceptable Delay And a Missed Birthday Gift

I placed my order on February 15th for a March 16th birthday gift. It was a personalised necklace that required a photo upload.

On February 23rd, I even received an email saying that my order was nearly completed, so naturally I assumed everything was fine and progressing normally. However, when I still had no proper update, I contacted customer service myself on March 6th to ask what was happening. That was the moment I was suddenly told that no photo had been attached to my order — despite the fact that I had uploaded it during purchase and had confirmation of it.

That was extremely frustrating, because if I had not reached out myself, who knows when this issue would have been noticed or communicated to me.

After that, I was told that my order would be prioritised in both production and shipping. However, for weeks after that, I kept receiving the same repeated responses saying that I should wait, that production was working on it, and that it would be dispatched “in the next few days,” but nothing actually changed.

The order arrived far too late for the birthday,today (31 of march) so the gift completely missed the occasion. On top of that, I received no compensation at all for the delay, despite the fact that I had to keep chasing updates myself.

To make matters worse, the extra gift bag I paid for arrived damaged, with one of the handles torn off.

Although the necklace itself is fine, the overall experience was stressful, poorly handled, and very disappointing. Based on this experience, I can only give 1 star.

The customer service for this company was exceptional!

The customer service for this company is exceptional. They have gone above and beyond for me and my partner. My partner has recently been involved in a serious car accident and this meant his bracelet had to be removed. I emailed their customer support team to see if I could pay for the bracelet alone (as it only came in the permanent matching bracelet kit) and Josie was extremely accommodating and genuinely outgoing to our situation. They have sent us out a new replacement for the gold bracelet free of charge. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and helpfulness. What an amazing company! 🥰

Nice item, poor service

After multiple attempts of communication from me to see why my order hadn't been dispatched i was finally told it was due to them not having gift bags to send the item in! This could have been communicated to me at all and the item took 18 days to finally arrive. Either under staffing or poor systems have led to this.

The item i ordered was actually nice and was just what I wanted but will be reluctant to order again.

Devastated

Devastated. So my husband sought to buy me an infinity bracelet for us both, his bracelet broke immediately and mine wouldn't work ie) the clasp wouldn't work. It was a Valentine's gift that was a huge let down

Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely disgusting!! They take £52 for your order but do not send it, do not reply when asking for answers for 2 weeks they have said “we will be despatching your order in the next few days” but it never gets despatched! “Josie” has no care and does not send out what you’ve paid for! Avoid like the plague! For 2 weeks they’ve run rings around me and I still have no order! The reply you get is ridiculous,your order is due to be dispatched in the next few days and you will be notified with your tracking details once this has happened. This is the only reply you get over and over again!

Amazing customer service

Don’t bother took 3 months and 2 failed orders to get refund

I ordered back in December and it isn’t until today that I have resolved my order with a refund. They send out two incorrect orders which meant that I didn’t have the correct gift to even give my husband on his birthday and then when redo came it was still wrong. They said they would redo as order take weeks I totally forgot until I got a marketing email and remembered I hadn’t got anything contacting them again they asked me to prove what I had ordered rather than just checking there own system. I the had to wait for them to investigate before they could refund. I the requested the refund and weeks went by when again I realised it was never given I chased again today asking what it would of come through as on bank statement and suddenly I get a refund confirmation email and banking app notification so clearly it is quiz and easy to refund they just choose not to do it and see if I would forget about it. But don’t worry after all this they still deducted the p and p from refund. Which normally I would get but when a customer has had to wait 3 months for a refund as two times the wrong thing was received it takes the mick. Don’t order rubbish customer service and quality not worth it
