Won't be ordering again
Won't be ordering again, placed an order on Sunday 30th November, wasn't dispatched until Friday 5th, date is now 9th December and still no delivery. 2 week leadtime is ridiculous.
Tracking all over the place, one minute Evri have it and tried to deliver the same day, then they don't have it, then they have delayed it.
Note to management, if your going to charge £3.99 for delivery, might be worth providing a better delivery partner!

Replacement bracelet
Great quality bracelets and if you have to remove your bracelet or they break for some reason the customer service team are amazing and very speedy on getting a replacement out free of charge definitely recommend these bracelets
I recently had my bracelet snap and already have a replacement on the way the staff are so friendly and proactive on sorting any issue out can not thank them enough my courier already had the package just waiting on them to deliver

Permanent bracelets
Me and my boyfriend bought matching permanent bracelets back in June and they were amazing. So easy to put on and such a heartwarming experience. Unfortunately mine did break a few weeks ago randomly after never having any issues with tarnishing, discolouration or even sensitivity when I’m usually sensitive to EVERYTHING. I emailed asking for a replacement and have received the most lovely response in such a short time. Could not recommend enough.

Amazing Service
I bought the permanent bracelet kit for myself and my partner, we have both loved them had them since July. We are having to remove my partner's due to him having an operation but the Allure Customer service team were amazing and incredibly helpful in sending a replacement.

Amazing service
I bought the set of permanent bracelets and unfortunately i must have got mone caught and it came off. I emailed support and i immediately had a replacement sent in the post! The customer service is amazing. Yes mine came off but thats not a fault of the brand or the bracelet itself, maybe i just needed to have done it less loose on mh wrist which i will be doing this time. I couldnt fault this company in any way i am so happy.

Excellent customer service
Ordered the silver infinity bracelet set for an anniversary present at the start of October for me and my husband to do. A little fiddly at first but once you get the hang of it, they went on easily. Unfortunately mine snapped mid November. I emailed the customer care team that night and the next morning had a response saying they would replace the bracelet. Less than 24 hours after my initial email a replacement had been sent out!

Great items , Lovely packaging. Really worth the money and so nice to be able to do yourselves. The best thing about this purchase has been the excellent customer service.
