Ordered some meat online... paid extra for shipping ... now 1 month later i still didn't get my meat.
After 3 weeks they wrote me an email telling me to pick up my meat even i paid extra for shipping.
Very very bad customer service Would never order again.

Did not receive what I ordered and was overcharged for the grass-fed beef. Have spoken three times with the woman in Carmen, but she has not been able to resolve the issue or have your company accept responsibility and fix the mistake. I last spoke with her on Tuesday. She said she would look at my order (for a third time) and get back to me. I was told that I would be receiving 5 one pound packages of grass-fed beef. I received two packages that weighed closer to 4 lbs and was charged $17.49/kg instead of $14.99/kg. I am very disappointed in the company’s lack of response.

The best quality meat by far and reasonable pricing.

Our family doesn’t eat pork, so to be able to find somewhere that made pepperoni, salami and sausages with beef was amazing and then everything that we ordered was delicious, really fair price and good customer service!

I order two special meat packages for my son and daughter-in-law for Thanksgiving. It eased my mind knowing if they can't come to Toronto for Thanksgiving then I can at least send them good quality meat (steaks, roasts, hamburgers, sausages etc) for them to enjoy until the next time we see them.

I ordered 3 pounds of goat meat, stew with bone in for delivery. Meat was great quality and tasted good. Deoivery guy was nice. I am very satisfied with the product and service.

Your counter guy actually checked my order - and corrected the mistake: 1 kg short on chicken. (There's always a mistake.)

I could not be happier with the quality, cost and service!! I will not buy meat from the grocery store again.
