The delivery came over a day late and didn't even have all the stuff I ordered. When I called they said they weren't selling that stuff anymore, even though it says they are selling it on their website. The lack of honesty about delivery times and which products are actually available is very confusing and makes ordering difficult.

Good timely service. Good cuts and tasty meats as always.

The last whole lamb that I bought was very, very strong gamey tasting. We eat a lot of lamb and have never tasted Manitoba lamb like that. My family would not eat some of it. I am afraid to order more even though the price is good.

Took a long time for delivery. It would be good to have an eta when you purchase. My porterhouse steaks were defrosted when they arrived. Other steaks were starting to defrost.

Purchase a meat package from their website. Went to cut up the roast and it smells horrible, as if the roast is spoiled. I will be contacting the company.

Our online order wasn't filled. The gentleman at the Winnipeg location was very helpful and did his best to fulfil the order with the stock he had.

The quality of the meat in the package I purchased was outstanding. Delivery was made at the end of the day, however the driver contacted us right before delivery, so it was perfect.
Will definitely order again!

I was most amazed with the delivery; free city wide above a certain price, which was all the difference to me, as I live across town and don't drive. It had been a concern that delivery happen after I got home from work (as I live alone), but they read the instructions I left on my order and gave me a call to make sure I was there. Greatly appreciated!

Also refunded me in cash for items that were out of stock, and the delivery arrived only an hour after the call.

Excellent products, amazing staff, will definitely be a returning customer.

Well I tried one of the ribeye steaks in my package and was very disappointed with the first one, I BBQed it to a nice medium and could barely cut it with a Sharpe knife ,was very tough and chewy ,was apprehensive trying the second one in the package but it turned out to be somewhat better, I was willing to give all natural meats a try as I was going out to Carman for the weekend. I just hope I have better luck with the rest of the steaks, Sent them a message on messenger but no reply ,I may have got a bad steak. Here's hoping for the rest to be satisfactory.

This is my favourite butcher shop in Winnipeg. Make sure to call in to verify what they have in stock. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced.

I ordered meat on Thursday and expected it on Friday. On the day no call I tried to call the shop seceral times different time as I needed the meat to arrive asap. No response. Emailed them also and no response. On Saturday morning I tried calling again and on the 7th call someone picked and said delivery will be done on Wednesday.Nothing on the website says that if you order online after Tuesday the delivery eill be done on Wednesday the following week. Anyhow, i had to drive to pick up my order myself.

If you put in place delivery option in your website make sure you put instructions so people can understand things related to deliveries at least.
