I ordered steaks online. Awesome quality. Tasted great.
Communication wasn't the best. I had to call them twice. They were not sure when my order would be ready. When it was finally ready, they didn't call me either....next time I'd just go to the store and buy it lol

Lots of wonderful things here that you can't get at a meat counter or even a butcher shop any more. The first (so far as I know) to make a really good (doesn't taste like wieners, either) beef garlic sausage (also bison or elk), which is itself worth the trip. Not expensive for this kind of good.

Overall great experience and products
Overall great experience and products. Very reasonable prices. Only suggestion would be to call/reach out to customer before delivery, to make sure someone is home to accept the meat / make sure it doesn't sit out and go bad on a warm day.

Some good, some not good
I bought the holiday package which contained a variety of steaks, roast, and other things. Some of the meat has been adequate but I just opened up my NY Strips and one of them is over 50% fat cap.
I like some fat but this is a bit ridiculous.

Beef was good, I loved the quality except the style of cutting the bones, that could be a bit better. But overall I am pleased!
