Disastrous experience
Hi.
I am really losing patience with this now.
This has been the worst customer experience I have ever received from a shopping experience.
I purchased a dress on July 28th and I paid express postage, expecting it to be fair and reasonable to expect to arrive by August 4th.
It did not arrive in time for me to take it to Melbourne for my honeymoon.
Under the circumstances I was permitted to return once I got home, at my own expense, which I did. And again paid express shipping. Thus making me out of pocket by $50 in total to try and buy a dress from you that I didn't even get to keep, as I no longer had any use for the item because it did not arrive in a timely fashion for the event that I needed it for.
I was never advised about how I should make this return.
I posted it back as soon as I arrived back from my honeymoon on August 15th and I paid express shipping.
It is now August 29th. One month from when I purchased the dress.
No one us responding or communicating with me to explain to me where this dress is and when I can expect my refund.
This has been an utterly ridiculous and bitterly disappointing experience.
I am now asking for an immediate redund for the cost of the dress and reimbursement for half of she shipping costs that I have incurred.
I am also asking for immediate action in response to this, either in the form of a phone call or an email TODAY to advise me on the location of this dress and a refund made instantly.
This whole experience has been totally ludicrous.

The worst customer service experience…
The worst customer service experience in that the customer service representative (Jade) completely ignores your questions and requests. Arrogant businesses like this need your money but don't care about you.
