Terrible service
Terrible service. No response for weeks! Offered a small voucher for compensation of no communication with bag not turning up. Turns out they didn't have it in stock - even though it was available on the website. Voucher was offered mid October we are now mid November and still no actual voucher received and no communication. Have sent multiple of emails.
No customer service
Requested more info on items I wanted to order- I'm allergic to the none slip binding- no response for days and days.
I like the items but base on this customer experience I won't be ordering now or in the future.
Extremely Poor Customer Service for On Line
I love their designs, HOWEVER, the quality of workmanship has definitely deteriorated in the past year or so.
Add to that extremely poor customer service from the online department.
Whilst always met with a polite response after about a week of waiting, for an exchange or refund, the process literally takes nearly a month or so and they seem to ghost your emails.
Trying to get a refund for a faulty item paid on Afterpay is agonisingly frustrating.
What’s worse is they used to be amazing.
Poor infrastructure? New or less staff?
Not an excuse though… other Australian designers brands have the most streamlined customer service, so there’s a comparison right there.
The on point designs are NOT worth the pain of the experience if something is not right.

Placed an Aje Athletica order almost a week ago & still no tracking details. Have ordered before with no issues. Have emailed & still no response! Quick to take your money, would have been quicker if I drove to a store & made my purchase!
Absolute sh!t service
Started buying Aje recently. Ordered three items in an order from Aje athletica, it’s been five business days and NO tracking number or shipping update. Multiple emails which get an automated reply referring to a previous order. I have replied that no, not that order, order number “xxxxx” yet am caught in an infinite loop of auto replies. I paid through PayPal so have lodged a dispute and hopefully get my money back. DONT SELL ONLINE IF YOU CANT SHIP WITHIN QUOTED TIME FRAMES! An absolute joke I’ll never buy from this brand again.

I’m only giving one star because there is no option for zero star. I have had exactly the same experience as another reviewer, one item was refunded, the second wasn’t. I have been emailing for several weeks - often there is no response to my emails. Then they emailed me to tell me to check with my bank as to why I haven’t received the refund (which is $395). I will never shop with this retailer ever again.
The worst experience
I ordered 3 items on final sale and two came faulty. I had to go through so many back and forth emails to make sure I can return it for a refund. They refunded one item and the other has been pending for over 2 months. When I write in, I get a reply that the refund has been processed and I should check with my bank but they provided no refund receipt or proof. Horrible experience and I am never buying from them again. The quality is terrible anyway and doesn't warrant the price, even on sale.

Warning Against AJE Athletica Purchases especially ON SALE the Customer Service response was weak and uncaring.
I strongly advise against purchasing anything from AJE Athletica. The company clearly shows a lack of concern for its customers. During my visit to the Miranda Westfield Store, I encountered extremely rude staff members who even laughed at me while I attempted to exchange or return a pair of pants. The absence of genuine customer service was evident, and I have decided that I will never shop there again.

I ordered a jacket from Aje online on 15th of Aug ten days later I still have not received any dispatch confirmation email, I have emailed Aje customer service four times and called multiple of times with no response this is absolutely discussting customer service do not order anything from the Aje website as they don't send you your items extremely dissapointed from this brand as this was my favourite brand to shop .

Bought Aje sneakers wore them twice they opened from the side went to David Jones exchanged for a new pair after one week same issue ,have to take them back again bad quality I’d say which I have cheaper ones from different brands but never experienced this issue
Worst customer service
Same experience! Very disappointing with their online customer services (worst that I have come across) - not a single response from multiple emails and calls. Trying to deal with faulty item and missing order liked climbing mountains! The only consolation is their wonderful staff at the shop who is genuinely trying to help.

I have had a similar experience to some here… ordered 3 items, only 2 have arrived. Have emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Have rung and they don’t pick up the phone. Absolutely disgraceful service and breach of trust. I thought Aje was a reputable company? Do the right thing Aje and send me my item or refund my money!
Don’t bother.
The website is horrific. Their tops are 10x too large. They have no measurements online. Their shipping is awfully slow, but their processing time is worse. Expect to wait a month for your items at times of sale. Quality lacking. The physical stores are empty. Way too many items now. Have lost their touch and another customer.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Aje. Only 1 pair arrived which is frustrating. The contact number states to email them yet I have emailed multiple times over the last 2 weeks with no response. I’m at a total loss on what to do next as no one is acknowledging my email and missing shoes? So much time wasted on this… and they were expensive. I usually love Aje but I’m not happy. Not sure how they have refunded me without any details.

Service out the window
After being a loyal customer for over 12 years, the customer service of late has absolutely gone out the window for online orders. I don’t live anywhere near a store, so I order online and my last 2 orders have both had marks, make up and dirty bags in the order. Then, when you reach out to them, they reply straight away with your options - however they then do not action your reply email. I’m going away and after trying to call the number, going on the chat and sending a follow up email, they still just do not reply. Beyond pathetic and a waste of time at this point. Much better brands and customer service that I’d rather spend my money on. Bye Aje, you’ve officially become old news.

I should be able to give a zero star for wasting my time.
Placed an order, with express shipping. I emailed to ask when i would receive a tracking number, I got a sassy reply email. Basically saying i would have to wait up to 5 business days for my order to be processed. I asked why would you mislead customers with express shipping if it is not being processed straight away? again i received a sassy response. A week later I emailed again asking for a tracking number. Hours later that day I receive an email saying they have cancelled my order due to a "high demand" and "discrepancy in the stock".
Next email says my order has been cancelled at my request. I never requested a refund, i just wanted my goods. Disgraceful customer service. Shame on you AJE!
