Would have given this 1* however the delivery drivers themselves were very helpful.
Our delivery was scheduled to be 12-2pm, however the vehicle allocated to us had technical issues the morning of our delivery.
Our delivery was reassigned, however despite reorganising my day around the delivery, AIT were unable to give an ETA until later in the day. When they were eventually able to give us an ETA we were told 3:30pm. 3:30pm rolls around and no sign of the delivery, I phoned again to be told 7pm. At this point I then had to cancel my evening plans. 7pm then rolls around, still no delivery. I phoned again to then be told 8:30pm.
The delivery was made just after 8:30pm.
Appreciate that technical issues are relatively out of control, however we were mis advised multiple times, leading the the delivery disrupting both my entire day and evening.

Not a good experience
I did not get a notification window until the morning of the delivery when it was promised the night before. This made organising the schedule for someone to be available unnecessarily more challenging.
I received a call that the delivery would arrive within 30 minutes when in fact it arrived an hour later.
The delivery people were not at all friendly and in a hurry to leave from the moment they arrived.
The item wasn't fitting trough the front door and so they said it would only fit if it was unboxed before taking it inside so we had to make a decision whether to refuse the delivery in a rush. This was a difficult decision to make and needed a couple of minutes to resolve. We had already waited 10 weeks for an order.
Finally, the delivery van was parked in the middle of the road when there was plenty of parking available.

I wanted to check the condition of the new item but before I could do that, they were gone! Without even saying good bye.
Fortunately it was undamaged.
