Excellent mattress which is very comfortable, I will recommend this mattress to my friends who is looking to buy one

A very pleasant delivery driver, who delivered within the times stated.

The 2 men were polite enough, but refused to help me get my old mattress downstairs so I could make room for the new one.
They got the new one upstairs but dinted the plaster in my ceiling and knocked some plaster off which I didn’t notice until they had gone out of the door. I then had to struggle to get my old mattress out of the bedroom with the new one blocking the doorway.

This company could improve by getting staff that meet the customer needs.

Everything arrived as it should do that’s why I gave you a 5⭐️

Unfortunately the delivery was 2 hours late, meaning we had to reschedule being at home. But all went smoothly.

They called me 45 minutes prior arrival to notify me of my delivery.The gentleman was very kind, he carried the heavy parcel to where I needed it to be put.I was happy with their service and would recommend to others.

Delivery was on time and the guys did well setting it up so a big thanks from me

Punctual, courteous and very obliging

First I was told I would be called before the delivery gets to my location, I didn’t receive any call and the delivery just arrived. However both men were very helpful getting the bed and mattress to my flat. Thanks to both of them

Was informed that they would put the item anywhere in the house as long as all the areas, stairs are clear and nothing in their way. Yes we have a 3 story but we moved everything. They took one look and refused to take it to the top floor because they didn’t want to scuff the paint. Our stairs are really wide so that wouldn’t have happened and it definitely would fit through because we measured it.
My partner had to carry the whole thing up on his own, when 2 delivery drivers came and my partner would have helped. So 3 of them doing it would have been safer.
Really disappointed with the service they seem more in a rush to go onto the next delivery.

No fuss or bother, a straight forward pickup.

It was very unprofessional that they promised me to fixed my sofa but the delivery guys refused to do that I had to do it my self my I was more costly as well not recommended for more people

My original bed order was delivered on 6 September 2026 (on the day, delivery was late) the bed had 12 marks on it so tried to refuse the delivery, the delivery company AIT (who assembled the bed) refused to take it way, stating ‘there was no room on the van’ they had just taken it off their van!
Anyway I contact land of beds, told them about the faults and decided to accept a replacement bed!
It was meant to be delivered today (4 October 2026) over 3 weeks I’ve been waiting for the collection of the faulty bed and delivery of a new replacement bed.
Again after the deliver time had lapsed I check the ‘track my order now’ the delivery and collection had been cancelled due to an ‘Agent Error’ (what does that mean) and I wasn’t informed by anyone from either company. I’m fuming. I have contacted both companies by LiveChat as neither company is available to speak to a person on a Sunday. This service is shocking. I would never want anything delivery from this company again. I have requested the faulty bed is collected and the replacement is cancelled as I don’t trust this delivery company to delivery it or assemble it again without marking it.
