The delivery men couldn’t fit the boxes…
The delivery men couldn’t fit the boxes in the lift. ( I live on the 2nd floor ) they said they weren’t prepared to carry them up the stairs in case they injured their backs. They just had to leave them on the ground floor so I contacted 2 of my relatives to come and get the chairs to my flat.
I paid £15 for them to bring them to my room so I should be entitled to that £15 back because they didn’t do that!

AIT Incorrectly cancelled delivery
I mistakenly put my address rather than my sons (200 metres away)for a delivery today. I called and asked if they could deliver to my sons address but they told me no. I said fair enough it was my mistake please deliver here. Instead they cancelled the delivery and would not delivery it to either address. I asked if I could complain about the call handler and was told it was not allowed to raise concerns to a manager. I was offered an email address to be sent to me but this did not happen.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after acknowledging the address error and requesting that the delivery proceed to the original address. We are also concerned by your comments regarding the cancellation of the delivery and the difficulty you experienced when attempting to raise your concerns.
Please contact our complaints team at complaints.AITHD@aitworldwide.com with your order details so that we can investigate this matter further.
